At noon on August 15, 1945, Emperor Hirohito of Japan issued the Edict of the End of the War by radio, officially surrendering unconditionally and ending the war.
After 14 years of perseverance and resistance, China finally drove the evil Japanese imperialism out of the land of China. In these 14 years of war, in order to expel the Japanese, the Chinese people paid an incalculable price.
According to incomplete statistics, in this longest and longest battle, Chinese military and civilian casualties reached 35 million. Behind this huge number, how many families are torn apart, and all this is caused by Japanese imperialism.
During this period, in order to fight for Japan, which was superior to China's economy and weapons, countless Sons and Daughters of China went out of their homes and embarked on the battlefield. Some of them have reached the age of flower armor, and some of them are still teenagers.
In order to win, too many people died on the battlefield, but they died without regrets, and died without regrets. It is precisely because of the great efforts of these revolutionary martyrs that we have today's China.
And in this list of thousands of victims, there is the name of the heroine Huang Meiying. Like all hot-blooded young people, Huang Meiying hated rikou, and she bravely went to the battlefield, and finally sacrificed her precious and young life for the motherland.

In 1919, Huang Meiying was born into a poor peasant family in Baisha West Village, Taishan City, Jiangmen City.
On May 4 of the year she was born, a "May Fourth" patriotic movement broke out in Beiping, mainly young students, while the general public, industry and commerce people participated in it.
This large-scale resistance movement was a very thorough patriotic movement of the Chinese people against imperialism and feudalism. The patriotic upsurge of the whole people has been pushed to the peak.
Of course, for all this, the newborn Huang Meiying has no way of knowing, and her parents will not know that her infant daughter, who is weak, will embark on the road of resistance against Japan in the future.
It is said that the children of poor families have long been in charge. Huang Meiying, who was born in poverty, witnessed the hardships and hardships of her parents raising a family, so she was surprisingly well-behaved and sensible.
As she grew older, in order to reduce the burden on her parents, Huang Meiying would take the initiative to do housework and even work in the fields. Although her hands were blistered and she was tired and breathless, Huang Meiying never complained.
Childhood experiences often determine a person's character. It is precisely because of this experience when she was young that Huang Meiying developed a strong and brave character.
Moreover, Huang Meiying is also very enthusiastic, whenever the neighbors have difficulties, as long as it is within the scope of ability, she will always take the initiative to help.
Especially when she saw the poor people killed, she was heartbroken to tears several times. At this time, new ideas had spread throughout the country, and countless people with lofty ideals had gone out of their homes to join the revolutionary ranks.
This trend of new ideas also spread to Huang Meiying's hometown, and when progressive people came to the countryside to publicize the revolution, Huang Meiying would always put down her work and run to listen.
Although there was no opportunity to receive advanced education, the words of those who were progressive made Huang Meiying extremely excited. As the daughter of a poor family, she has witnessed the difficulties of farmers since she was a child, and she is even more eager for farmers to be the masters of the family.
In 1937, the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression broke out in full swing, and Huang Meiying's hometown was also affected. Hearing about what Rikou had done and seeing the villagers living their lives in fear, Huang Meiying was extremely sad and indignant in her heart.
In 1938, the War of Resistance had reached a climax. A large number of new young people poured into the battlefield, vowing to coexist and die with the country. This year, 19-year-old Huang Meiying also made an important decision, that is, to join the anti-Japanese army.
At that time, Huang Meiying's hometown also organized an anti-Japanese group. On weekdays, the group members would publicize anti-Japanese ideas to the peasants, etc., and Huang Meiying, who was deeply influenced, applied to join the West Village Literary and Art Propaganda Team.
After becoming a member of the organization, Huang Meiying, together with his comrades, distributed leaflets to publicize the anti-Japanese resistance and mobilized young people to join them from house to house.
At the same time, the strong and brave Huang Meiying also risked her life to transport anti-war materials for the troops, and organized the women in the village to make shoes, clothes, etc., to provide logistical support for the soldiers on the front line.
At the same time, Huang Meiying also helped the medical team to treat the wounded together, bandage the wounds of the wounded soldiers, and wash bloody clothes. At night, Huang Meiying would stay up late to learn revolutionary knowledge and use it for propaganda during the day.
At that time, she was very energetic, sleeping only three or four hours a day, busy with propaganda and so on during the day, and taking the women of the whole village to study at night.
In 1940, the excellent Huang Meiying finally passed the organizational test and officially joined the Communist Party of China. When she took the oath under the party flag, Huang Mei was firm in English, but her eyes were full of tears.
She clearly knows that her country and nation are being invaded by foreign enemies and that her compatriots are undergoing great tests and sufferings.
As a party member, I want to entrust everything to the state and the party and contribute all my strength, including my life, to the anti-Japanese resistance.
Because of Huang Meiying's outstanding performance, she was soon appointed as the president of the Rural Women's Rescue Association. The main task of this "Women's Rescue Association" is to mobilize the masses to prepare the materials and grain and grass needed for the War of Resistance.
Because huang Meiying has a high reputation in the local area, her work is in full swing. During this period, Huang Meiying also met her own revolutionary partner, who was Chen Mingjiang, the propaganda secretary of the Xinhui.
Two revolutionary fighters with common beliefs developed love at work and eventually decided to marry a revolutionary couple.
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, there was not so much red tape, they held a very simple wedding, and met at the wedding to fight for the revolution to the end.
After marriage, Huang Meiying and her husband helped each other and loved each other, and were busy with anti-Japanese work every day. In 1944, the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression had reached a white-hot stage, and at that time the all-round anti-Japanese resistance had been carried out for seven years, reaching the final stage of struggle.
Because of the huge disparity in strength between the enemy and ourselves, the Party Central Committee made the decision of guerrilla warfare and carried out the struggle with the enemy through guerrilla warfare until the day of total victory.
At that time, Huang Meiying's husband Chen Mingjiang was ordered to form a combat effective guerrilla group in his hometown, and Huang Meiying was responsible for assisting her husband.
After receiving the order, the husband and wife divided their work and cooperated, Chen Mingjiang was mainly responsible for leading and training new fighters, and Huang Meiying was mainly responsible for the logistics of the guerrillas with many years of experience.
With the joint efforts of the couple, this guerrilla group soon became the backbone of the local war of resistance, successfully attacking the enemy many times in battle, and destroying the Japanese Kou encirclement and suppression plan.
Annoyed and angry, the Japanese immediately focused their attack on this guerrilla group, and even did not hesitate to use a large amount of force and troops, with the aim of annihilating the anti-Japanese guerrilla group led by Chen Mingjiang.
For this reason, the guerrillas also face a huge test, but Chen Mingjiang encouraged the fighters that even if there is only one person in the fight, we must persist in fighting.
In May 1944, Chen Mingjiang led a guerrilla group to operate in the Songshan area, but was unfortunately discovered by Japanese scouts. As a result, they quickly mobilized a large number of troops to approach the Matsuyama area.
After Huang Meiying got the news, she calmly responded, she first led some of the instructors to quickly transfer to Lin Jun, and at the same time commanded the soldiers to hide the villagers.
However, despite Huang Meiying's rapid action, the Japanese Kou followed the clues to surround the village where Huang Meiying and the others were located. When the Japanese learned that Huang Meiying was in the village, they began to threaten the lives of the villagers.
Rikou loudly threatened that if Huang Meiying did not come out, he would begin to slaughter the villagers. At this time, Huang Meiying, who was hiding in the crowd, knew that if the Japanese Kou did not catch himself, the people would be implicated.
Thinking of this, she bravely stepped out of the crowd and said, "I am Huang Meiying, and if I want to kill you, I will do whatever you want." The villagers looked at Huang Meiying's appearance as if she were dead, and they all shed tears of pain, they knew that Huang Meiying would be difficult to come back alive.
On the day that Huang Meiying was captured, Rikou learned that she was actually the wife of Chen Mingjiang, the political commissar of the guerrillas, and was ecstatic and began to persuade her to surrender with a hypocritical face.
They laughed and said that if Huang Meiying and her husband surrendered, they would allow their high-ranking official Houlu, but Rikou miscalculated. Huang Meiying sneered and said, "It's just wishful thinking." ”
Riko was so furious that he finally tore off the mask of hypocrisy and began to execute Huang Meiying. The Methods of the Japanese Kou were extremely cruel, with fingernail pulling, electrocution, burning, and hanging.
Huang Meiying was tortured and injured, and fainted many times. Whenever she fainted, the enemy smeared her wounds with salt, splashed her face with cold water, and then tortured Huang Meiying.
Although her body was devastated, Huang Meiying clenched her teeth and did not utter half a word from the beginning to the end. With a little strength, she cursed the Japanese, and the evil Japanese imperialism will surely become the ultimate loser.
Huang Meiying used his extraordinary strength to make Rikou completely dead. They knew that it would be a waste of time to continue the interrogation, so they made the decision to execute Huang Meiying.
On that day, they took the wounded Huang Meiying to the Rattle Hill Execution Ground and threatened to give her one last chance, and if they did not do so, they would use capital punishment, saying that they would take a sharp knife and swing it in front of Huang Meiying.
At this time, Huang Meiying did not have much strength to speak, but she still said word by word: "Goodbye, compatriots, I believe that soon we will win, long live the Communist Party of China!" ”
The Japanese were furious, and then they used the extremely cruel and inhuman "Ling Chi" criminal law against Huang Meiying. Although it was a pain of flesh and blood, Huang Meiying gritted her teeth and insisted, until the last moment of her life did not make a sound, such a reaction shocked the enemy.
From beginning to end, what supported Huang Meiying was the firm faith, which was also the faith of thousands of Chinese in that era. They firmly believe that no matter how difficult the road is, China will surely achieve the final victory.
Huang Meiying died this year, only 26 years old. When her mother came to collect the body of her daughter, she saw her daughter with white bones exposed, and her mother fainted on the spot, which was a heart-wrenching scene.
It is precisely because of the countless fighters like Huang Meiying who have paid and fought hard one after another that the final victory of the revolution has been achieved.
Our happiness today is bought with the lives and blood of the revolutionary martyrs, and our generations must cherish them, and at the same time we must inherit their legacy and develop the country.
Hats off to all the martyrs!
