Baowan Rongou International Logistics Supply Chain Center is one of the key projects of Chengdu International Railway Port, invested and constructed by Baowan Logistics Holdings Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 800 million yuan. Since the start of construction in September 2020, the project has progressed smoothly and is expected to be completed and delivered in June this year.
On March 10, the reporter came to the project site to see that 6 prefabricated steel structure storage warehouses have been built and formed, and the workers are intensively carrying out follow-up construction work, and the sound of cutting and the rumbling of machinery resounds throughout the ears.
"At present, the main construction content is to do the maintenance system construction of the roof and wall, which can be completed by the end of April." Zhang Jun, regional project manager of Baowan Engineering, said.
Not far away, several workers were carrying a steel plate about 20 meters long. Zhang Jun told reporters that this is a roof panel, which is stamped by the machine site, the length is determined by the length of the roof, and the longer roof panel often requires 5 or 6 workers to move it away from the stamping machine, place it where it is needed, and then hoist it to the roof by professional large-scale equipment.
It is understood that the Baowan Rongou International Logistics Supply Chain Center project covers an area of 177 acres, with a construction area of 120,000 square meters, mainly building 6 high-standard warehouses and 1 transportation platform, and will build a supply chain base integrating e-commerce southwest headquarters and settlement center, logistics warehousing and distribution, supply chain finance and other functions after being put into operation.
"After the project was put into use, it was mainly based on warehousing and special line operation. 2 of the 6 warehouses are Class C libraries, which can store alcohol, liquor and other goods with high risk levels in the industry, and the remaining 4 libraries are Class C libraries, which are suitable for most of the commodity warehousing in the market. Zhang Jun introduced.
In order to put into operation as soon as possible, more than 300 construction workers are working overtime to speed up the construction progress, and it is expected to be completed and put into use in June this year.
During the interview, the reporter saw that some customers came to the scene to see the library accompanied by investment personnel. Zhang Jun said, "We implement the bag occupancy plan, the project can be completed by the merchants can settle in, there are already many large warehousing enterprises to invest in olive branches, such as Jingdong, SF and so on." Two warehouses have signed a settlement contract, and it is expected that the storage rate will reach more than 80% when the project is put into operation as a whole. ”
