The spring breeze warms up and everything recovers. On the occasion of Arbor Day, in order to cultivate children's awareness of loving nature and protecting the environment, on March 12, 2022, Damiao Village, No. 1157, One Foundation Children's Service Station, launched the activity of "GreenEry, Art of Creativity".
At the beginning of the activity, the social worker introduced the history and significance of the Arbor Day to the children, and put forward the environmental protection concept of loving flowers and trees, saving resources and protecting the earth. Next, the social worker distributed the painting materials to each child, the children held the brush to expand their rich imagination, fully immersed in the creation of painting, with colorful brushes on the paper to depict a thriving, full of hope of towering trees, as well as blue sky and white clouds, green mountains and green water, expressing their heart's desire for a green homeland, looking at their own works, the children are excited. At the end of the activity, the social worker led the children to the courtyard to hang the tree signs in their hands, and taught the children to love the environment in a childlike way and build a poetic green home together.
