Writing in the front, I feel as if my life is full of uncertainty, and when I climbed a high mountain and embarked on a smooth road, a higher mountain suddenly appeared in front of me, so I continued to climb.
To be honest, I like this feeling, I don't feel that life is ordinary and I don't worry about whether I will go downhill, but I have been challenging my upper limit.
This year will be hard because I'm climbing another mountain, it's tough but challenging, and hopefully sometime next year, I'll be standing at the top of the mountain and seeing something different.

It's my job to write copywriting for clients
In the middle and late February, I secretly wrote a long copy of the public account to the customer, the word count was about 4500 words, and I wrote it for nearly 5 days to complete.
Among them, because of the different opinions of customers and the test effect of the platform, it was revised back and forth several times, and it was finalized yesterday, and finally completed a large copywriting cooperation, waiting for the follow-up conversion data.
This is the second long copy I worked with in 2022, which was referred to me by an old client from before, and although it was very busy at the time, I gritted my teeth and took it, but fortunately, I have successfully completed the work now.
In the new year, I will reduce the number of copywriting collaborations because I will focus on other more important aspects. But as long as I write every day, I will not give up the job of copywriting, it is my job.

In February, I paid the manuscript fee and encountered a very embarrassing thing
At the end of February, when I was at my busiest, several copywriting projects paid out at the same time, adding up to a total of 130,000 needed to be distributed to more than 100 authors.
The embarrassing thing is that due to the bank card limit, I tossed back and forth for several days, and now I am finally close to the completion of all the project fees.

It is estimated that the demand will be greater in March, and the copywriting fee will be issued more, so I have to make relevant distribution arrangements in advance, otherwise it will be difficult for everyone to wait.
I sometimes lament that at this time last year, I didn't have the opportunity to take care of the copywriting project so quickly, and I think it will take at least two or three years to meet the right opportunity.
So at that time, I was fully prepared to complete the plan of the year, while writing copywriting for clients, while taking me to the basic copywriting training camp.
At that time, I told the students that it is time to take everyone to learn copywriting, and if there is a suitable copywriting project, we can better complete the cooperation, otherwise we will not be able to seize the best opportunity.
Unexpectedly, since October of last year, one project after another has come to me, and I have started a long cooperation with the team of authors.
I am very grateful to those clients who trust me to come to me and work with me, and also to the clients who recommended me to introduce me to new projects, if it were not for them, I would not have done so quickly, from an obscure copywriter (teacher) to get so many opportunities to cooperate.
Most importantly, I have gained a lot of practical opportunities from one copywriting project after another, to lead everyone to write one copy after another, to complete one cooperation after another, and every time I distribute the manuscript fee to everyone, it is the moment that makes me most happy and proud.
Of course, how much happiness and laughter there is on the surface, how much hard work and effort there is behind it.

When you encounter difficulties, grit your teeth and persevere
This is a feeling I have never felt before, when all the pressure is coming to me, the first thing I think about is not to be aggrieved, frustrated, and evasive, but to face the challenge bravely.
In February, because there were only 20 working days, the authors of our team were not busy at all because of the huge demand for several copywriting projects, and they basically had to hand in dozens of manuscripts to clients every day.
Once busy, the project will be greatly affected, and the whole plate will easily collapse, just like the multi-bone Nomi, and the consequences are unimaginable.
So during that time I wasn't just busy, it was more like a stressful jackpot. On the one hand, there is no suitable author cooperation, on the other hand, it is difficult to completely consume the demand in the short term.
During that time, I often worked overtime until one or two o'clock in the morning, and several partners in the team also stayed up late with me, thinking that this would definitely not be the way to go, and it would drag everyone down.
So I often have insomnia, even if my eyes are too sleepy to open, but my head is thinking about many things and can't sleep, until I think of a solution, I will sleep with confidence.
In addition, I am also very sad about some of the authors of the team, who have to go to work (school) during the day and go home at night to write manuscripts, and take cooperation seriously every time, which makes me admire it from the bottom of my heart.
Fortunately, despite all the pressure, I successfully completed all the cooperation in February, and quickly formed a new team of authors to guide me.
And at the beginning of March, I implemented a new way of working, and also gave the team a new reward rule, students who write well and many will get a reward of 100-300 yuan, and then they will also enjoy the benefit of increasing the fee.
I also see the hard work of each author, so when I can fight for better welfare for everyone, I will certainly not be perfunctory.
After the implementation of the plan, the work efficiency of the team has indeed improved a lot in recent days, the new author can slowly stand alone, the old author does not have to stay up until the early morning every day, our person in charge also does not have to stay up too late, and the big stone pressed on my chest finally fell to the ground.
Happily, this year is only the beginning of March, several copywriting projects in my hand have cooperated with thousands of articles, and the current cooperation has been to know, shop, little red book, public number, get things and other projects, all of which have a certain amount of demand every month, and are still very proud.
Although I am very tired but very happy, I am glad that I have made relevant preparations, and when I encounter difficulties, I can "not accept defeat" to be able to maintain these projects in my hand, otherwise the best opportunities will slip through my hands.

Copywriting learning community, I will insist on doing it in recent years
Copywriting communities are a great way for me to develop authors, so I'll keep doing it for a short period of a year or two.
At present, there are 140 people participating in this 180-day copywriting community, which is completely beyond my initial expectation of 100 people, but when I thought that everyone would have to wait for 6 months, dozens of places were temporarily added.
Now that I have reached the 5th course and the homework has also been done for the 5th time, please understand that there are no new places.
In addition, since the middle of February, I have built a new high-level copywriting training camp, and there are currently 40 authors in the group, and today I have taken 2 complete courses, and they have all started practical cooperation.
It is worth rejoicing that the students of the advanced training camp basically opened the monetization in February, 8 students realized 900-1500 yuan, and the remaining students were between 150-600 yuan, looking forward to better monetization data in March, after all, this is also a good growth opportunity to improve their ability.
In the later stage, with the increase of projects, the advanced training camp will also recruit suitable authors for one-on-one guidance training, the screening system is more stringent, and students with a certain copywriting foundation are welcome to participate.

Everyday life is simple, work and live well at the same time
Due to the long-term sedentary reasons for work, after returning from the New Year, he gained several pounds, so he opened the daily exercise punch card, hoping to return to the ideal weight as soon as possible.
Yesterday, taking advantage of the good sunshine, I took the time to go to the nearby park, went back to the city to eat a hot pot with my boyfriend, returned home and continued to work until 11:30, and then began to wash up and prepare for rest.
In the blink of an eye, I reach the age of 25, and sometimes I often think of myself in college, although I don't have much money, but my happiness is really pure, and now although I am also very happy, I always feel that I have become a little heavy after carrying some responsibilities, maybe this is how it feels to grow up.
