And through personal observation, it is found that Su Dongpo is indeed loved by different age groups.
So, why does everyone love Su Dongpo?
Some famous historians have specially compiled "The Biography of Su Dongpo" on Su Dongpo's life experience, academic works, ideological views, etc. Personally also bought a copy, but unfortunately only read a small part, and then for various reasons, the pearl was finally wrongly cast. Therefore, in general, it is based on simple cognition to talk about Su Dongpo.

Su Dongpo is colorful and bumpy. He is a native of Meishan City, Sichuan Province, whose ancestral home is Luancheng, Hebei Province, and is a Northern Song Dynasty writer, calligrapher, gourmet, painter, and historical water master. Entering the world and retreating to the landscape and the water itself profoundly explains the Confucian idea of "reaching the world and helping the world, and the poor are good at their own" and profoundly interpreting the legend of a super open-minded life.
Su Dongpo is a typical family of scholars, whose home originated in the early Tang Dynasty, but also faced the dilemma of falling in the family road during the Northern Song Dynasty. In a sense, it can also be understood as a positive person who changed his fate through knowledge and made a certain contribution to the society at that time, and more importantly, left a valuable spiritual wealth.

Summarizing Su Dongpo's life, it can be summarized as showing his talent at a young age, entering Beijing at the age of 20, and then passing the examination for three years due to the death of his mother and passing the examination for three years to be released as an official, and after the expiration of the four-year period, he became a Beijing official as he wished, which can be described as a step by step. However, due to Su Xun's illness and death, he kept filial piety for three years again, and only after that, he returned to the dynasty, but Wang Anshi's transformation of the law began, and the situation gradually ceased to be a "peaceful world".
Since then, Su Dongpo's bumpy life has begun, but Tongde has also achieved su Dongpo, which is admired by future generations. Although his political achievements are not as good as Wang Anshi's, his influence in the hearts of future generations is difficult to distinguish.
Because of talking about the shortcomings of the new law and opposing the new law, in 1071 he asked for permission to be released, was awarded the title of Hangzhou General Judge (equivalent to vice mayor), and never returned to Beijing, knowing in vain that Xuzhou and Wutaishi cases were degraded to Huangzhou, the second hangzhou, danzhou, and died in Changzhou.
But because of this, he has been able to make many contributions in various places, and poetry, painting art, etc. have been sublimated.
At this moment, in my eyes, Su Dongpo is no longer a pure literati and naïve politician, but a doer who cares about the people and an elder who is far-reaching and open-minded.
As far as Su Dongpo's life experience, life attitude and pursuit are concerned, the application of the world is perfectly combined with the freedom to advance and retreat, and the insult is not alarmed, and then with the super high literary literacy and aesthetics, it has enlightened and inspired the culture of future generations. It can be said that Su Shi was universally loved by future generations of literati, which is really a historical necessity.
Third, the eastern slope is full of Su Causeway, and now the stroll is from the beginning

Su Shi built many long causeways in his lifetime. In the autumn of 1077, Xuzhou was besieged by Dashui. According to Ming Jiajing's "Xuzhou Zhi, Mountains and Rivers, Su Causeway", "When Song Sushi was guarding Xu, the river was in trouble, because of the construction of a barrier city, the city belonged to Tai, chang erli Xu, the people relied on the whole, the living people, and now it still exists." It is specifically described that Su Shi personally came to the front line at that time, regardless of safety, organized the military and civilians in Xuzhou to build a flood control embankment, and then successfully resisted the flood.
In 1089, Su Dongpo was appointed as the Zhizhou of Hangzhou, but because the West Lake had not been dredged for a long time, more than half of the siltation was accumulated, the lake gradually dried up, and the lake was full of wild grasses, which seriously affected agricultural production. In the second year of Su Shi's arrival in Hangzhou, he led the crowd to dredge the West Lake, mobilized more than 200,000 migrant workers, expelled the fields, restored the old view, and established the Three Pools reflecting the moon in the deepest part of the lake as a symbol. Later names are known as "Sugong Causeway", referred to as "Su Causeway", which is still recorded in Hangzhou.
In 1094, Su Shi was demoted to Huizhou. Su Shi, who was nearly sixty years old, galloped day and night, traveled thousands of miles to the deprecation center, and was warmly welcomed by the people of Lingnan. Su Shi took out the gold rewarded by the emperor, donated it to dredge the West Lake, and built a long causeway. In addition, it also runs a school here, introducing the study style, "I am originally dan'er, parasitic in Western Shuzhou". Su Shi used what he had learned to promote the development of the Lingnan region.
These deeds not only show Su Dongpo's pursuit of life, but also reflect his outstanding contributions to society.

In the impression, both domestic and foreign, in modern times and before, in general, there is not much ink on ordinary people in the field of creation. Typically, such as "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", the pen and ink focus on depicting the princely generals, while there are not many works that describe ordinary heroes and good men like "Water Margin". It is not denied that the times need to be led, but ordinary people also need a lot of grounded works and characters.
Personally, I like Su Dongpo, mainly admiring his life experience, pursuit and contribution, and also feeling open-minded and full of interest. Freedom of retreat and humiliation are the realm of life that everyone wants to have, but it is rare to be able to really do this. Typical is the famous modern poet, facing the sea in the spring and blossoming, trying to build a simple life, but finally leaving a regrettable ending.
