Publisher Prime Matter and developer Nine Dots recently announced that the open-world RPG game Outward: Definitive Edition will be released in May, landing on PS5, XSX/S and PC platforms.

The Material World: Ultimate Edition includes the Basic Edition and two DLC", "Three Brothers Havoc" and "Solobo", as well as other new content, as well as a large number of updates and balance adjustments. New content includes new unique encounters in the dungeon, new failure scenarios, and new diseases. Game improvements include casting spells less tricky, totem workshops in each area, easier hand-crafting, etc.
Players who have already purchased the Basic Edition of Material World and two DLCs can upgrade the game to the Ultimate Edition for free.
