According to different disinfectant types and available chlorine content, the formula is used to convert, and different concentrations of disinfectants are prepared.
Formulation formula: original disinfectant concentration (%) × dosing amount (g or ml) = preconditioned concentration (%) × amount of pre-formulated disinfectant (ml)
Example: How much 10% sodium hypochlorite disinfectant needs to be taken to prepare 500mg/L effective chlorine disinfectant 15L?
注:500mg/L=0.05% 15L=15000ml
0.05% ×15000ml = 10% × amount of raw disinfectant (ml)
Amount of raw disinfectant (ml) = 0.05% × 15000ml / 10% = 75 (ml)
Example: To prepare 1000mg/L chlorine disinfectant 2500ml, how many grams of 50% disinfectant powder need to be added?
1000mg/L＝1g/1000ml= 0.1g/100ml =0.1％
50% × dosing amount (g) = 0.1% ×2500
Dosage = 5 g
【Experience】
1 kg of water plus sterilization powder 1-2 grams or sterilization tablets 1-2 tablets, can be formulated with a concentration of 500-1000mg / L chlorine disinfectant. (The ceramic spoon of the usual household soup is scooped with 1 spoon of sterilization powder, and after dissolving, add 10-15 kg of water, which can be formulated into 500-1000mg/L chlorine disinfectant, which is equivalent to 1 barrel of manual sprayer.) ）
Temporary drinking water disinfection: well water with bleaching powder 4g/m3 (sterilization tablets 4 tablets/m3), turbid lake water plus bleaching powder 12 g/m3, the effect is 30 minutes, and the residual chlorine should reach 0.7mg/L.
Preparation method of dichlorvos emulsion: 1 bottle of 500 ml dichlorvos can be formulated with 3 barrels of manual sprayer aqueous solution (15 kg).
