Wuhan, July 19 (China)The Organization Department of the Hubei Provincial CPC Committee yesterday issued the "Announcement on the Announcement of Cadres Before Appointment": Wang Yumei, currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Qianjiang Municipal CPC Committee, director of the United Front Work Department, chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and a third-level researcher, intends to be clearly defined as a county-level cadre.
Public information shows that Wang Yumei is a native of Qianjiang, Hubei Province, and her political resume is also local. Born in May 1975, she has a university education and a working master's degree. In 1996, after graduating from Hubei Agricultural College, Wang Yumei worked in the Zhouji Office in Qianjiang City, and two years later served as the deputy director of the Economic Management Station of the Zhouji Office. After nearly five years as deputy station manager, Wang Yumei was transferred to the government organization committee of Zhugentan Town, Qianjiang City in 2003, and was promoted to deputy secretary of the party committee and mayor of Xiongkou Town, Qianjiang City three years later. After nearly three years as mayor, Wang Yumei was transferred to the Party Secretary of the Guanghua Temple Office in Qianjiang City in June 2009, and two years later, in August 2011, she was appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the Qianjiang Municipal People's Government, and in November of the same year, she was promoted to Vice Mayor of the Qianjiang Municipal People's Government.
