In April 2021, under the support and guidance of Guo Shubin, the hospital outpatient office took the lead in setting up a medical technology management platform, which aims to implement the requirements of high-quality development of the hospital, improve the work efficiency and management level of the medical technology department, and better serve the clinical department. At the summary meeting, Liu Changhai of the outpatient office summarized the work of the 2021 annual medical technology platform, Wang Minggang, head of the medical department and director of the outpatient office, summarized and reported on the workload of the medical technology department in 2021, and fully communicated with the directors of the medical technology department on the formulation of the performance indicators of the medical technology department in 2022, and Chai Dongli, deputy director of the performance management office, explained the revision of the comprehensive target management index system of the clinical medical technology department in 2022.
In his concluding speech, Guo Shubin fully affirmed the work of the medical technology department and the medical technology management platform in the past year, and at the same time put forward specific requirements for the development goals, discipline construction, and talent training of the medical technology department in 2022 for the key work of comprehensively building an Internet hospital in 2022. He pointed out that Chaoyang Hospital should build a regional online diagnosis and treatment, imaging and inspection center as the main development direction of building an Internet + hospital model, build a multi-category Internet + medical technology discipline platform, effectively enhance the core competitiveness, creativity and influence of the hospital, and promote the scientific, sustainable and high-quality development of the hospital.
