Since 2019, Qijiang District has implemented the "Happiness Code • Qihui Wanjia" public welfare action, recruited public welfare lecturers to enter institutions, schools, enterprises, communities, villages, and families, and carried out tutoring knowledge publicity, family dispute resolution, women's and children's rights protection services, psychological counseling and counseling. Yang Shixia is one of the public welfare lecturers of "Happiness Code".

Jiajia is 14 years old this year, and since she fell down at the age of 10 and paralyzed her lower body, she has closed her heart.
"Watching other people's children bounce around, their own children can't walk, it's very heartache." Jiajia's mother said sadly.
After learning about Jiajia's situation, Yang Shixia went to visit with school supplies from time to time to help Jiajia get out of the psychological haze.
"We don't understand anything, at home, we don't teach, and she doesn't understand. The public welfare teacher often came to see her and taught her to write essays and do problems, and we were much more relieved. Jiajia's mother said.

Yang Shixia is a teacher at Nanzhou Middle School and a national second-level psychological counselor. After joining the "Happiness Code" public welfare lecturer team, she not only carried out public welfare lectures, but also went to homes and carried out one-on-one psychological counseling.
"When I first went to see Jiajia, her eyes didn't look at us or talk. I took the initiative to greet her, and slowly we talked, and the smile on her face gradually unfolded. I believe that in time, her seemingly cold heart will definitely melt, and the morning glow in her heart will rise again, and she will become confident. Yang Shixia said.
Yang Shixia, 51 years old this year, has been engaged in mental health education for nearly 20 years. As a public welfare lecturer of "Happiness Code", she has been committed to public welfare and hopes to use the professional knowledge she has learned to help more families harvest happiness.

After more than three years of development, the "Happiness Code" public welfare lecturer team in Qijiang District has grown day by day, and as of now, a hierarchical family education guidance service team including more than 150 district-level backbone lecturers, more than 2,000 school-level guidance service teams, and more than 100 community family education volunteers has been built, with a total of more than 200 lectures, more than 30,000 families directly involved in learning, and more than 50,000 beneficiaries.
"We focus on building a 'colorful Qijiang And Innovation City', creating a family work environment with feelings, building a family work ecosystem with temperature, and creating an 'upgraded version' of family work with Qijiang characteristics in the new era." Zhang Feng, vice chairman of the Qijiang District Women's Federation, said that next, it will continue to work with the Qijiang District Education Committee, the District Civil Affairs Bureau, the District Procuratorate and other relevant departments to continue to carry out the "Happiness Code • Qi Hui Wanjia" action to make the family more happy and harmonious, so that children can grow up healthy and happy.
