Preach the spirit of the No. 1 Document of the Central Committee
In order to convey the spirit of document No. 1 of the central and provincial party committees and the state party committee to rural pastoral areas in a timely manner, on March 7, 2022, Sonam Donglor, deputy secretary of the party committee and mayor of Golmud Town, went to Baoku Village to concentrate on preaching the spirit of the No. 1 document of the central, provincial and state party committees. More than 30 people, including members of the "two committees" in Baoku Village, members of the work teams stationed in villages, some party members, and the masses, attended the concentrated propaganda meeting.
At the propaganda meeting, Comrade Sonam Dongju focused on "two bottom lines, three key points, and one strengthening" and in a simple and easy-to-understand way that fits the masses, spread out and explained the main contents of the No. 1 document of the central and provincial party committees and the prefecture party committee, and held discussions and exchanges with cadres and party members and the masses of Baoku Village in connection with the town's work of monitoring the prevention of returning to poverty, rectifying wasteland, and developing rural industries.
At the propaganda meeting, Sonam Dongdong stressed that Baoku Village is rich in land resources, and it is necessary to fully understand the great significance of farmland protection, mobilize all villagers to resolutely curb the "non-farming" of cultivated land, prevent "non-grainization", and strive to be practitioners of farmland protection. Villagers' committees should shoulder the responsibility of supervision and management of farmland protection and pay close attention to the investigation and rectification of existing wasteland. The cadres of the village "two committees" and the work teams stationed in the villages should pool their wisdom in industrial development, revitalize the existing resources of the wolfberry drying plant and the Fuyuan Treasure Treasury Agricultural Products Processing Co., Ltd., and further strengthen the village-level industry.
After the concentrated propaganda, Comrade Sonam and the cadres of Baoku Village went to the scene to inspect the situation of the wasteland.
