1st Super Junior-D&E

Super Junior-d&e is arguably Super Junior's most successful sub-unit. The group, composed of Lee Dong Hae and Lee Hyuk Jae, debuted in 2011 with the single Oppa, Oppa and has been active to this day. The duo plans to return with their first full-length album, counting down to October 2021. The album commemorates the 10th anniversary of their group.

2. Girls' Generation-TTS

Girls' Generation - tts is the first subunit of Girls' Generation. The trio of Tae Yeon, Huang Meiying and Seo Hyun made their debut in April 2012. 4. Red Velvet - Irene & Seulgi

Red Velvet - Pei Zhuyan Irene & Jiang Shiqi Seulgi is the first sub-unit of EXO. The duo consists of Irene and Seulgi. The unit launched the mini-album Monster in July 2020. In the Gaon Chart, Monster ranked eighth in the Gaunt Digital Chart and third in the Billboard K-Pop Hot 100. In the United States, Monster ranked seventh on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart.

5. WJSN The Black

WJSN The Black is the second official subunit of WJSN. The quartet consists of Na Na (Kim Ji Yeon), Eun Hee (Sun Joo Yeon), Exy (Cho Joo Jeong) and Seo Eun (Kim Hyun-young). The group released the single "My Attitude" on May 12, 2021. The group promoted their single album with the lead single "Easy". After its release, "My Attitude" reached the sixth place on the Gaun album chart for the first time.

6. 4MINUTE - 2YOON

2YOON is the first and only subunit of 4MINUTE. The duo consists of Hui Jiayun Gayoon and Jeon Jiyoon. The group released the album Harvest Moon and the lead single 24/7 in January 2013. When "2YOON" debuted, it was rated as the first group in the K-pop music group to release a folk song. They were the first K-pop combination to be promoted in Thailand.
