Gu Kun, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor, presided over the unveiling ceremony. Sun Hu, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, introduced the establishment of the five major municipal enterprises. Municipal leaders Wang Honghong and Zhao Quan attended the event.
It is understood that the newly established municipal enterprises aim to deeply implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the reform of state-owned enterprises, conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment of the central and provincial and municipal governments on the three-year action of state-owned enterprise reform, optimize and reorganize 12 municipal enterprises into 5 major groups, and strive to achieve higher quality development. According to the plan arrangement, the five newly established municipal enterprises will focus on the three-year action deployment requirements of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the positioning of their respective main businesses, and on the basis of completing the optimization and reorganization, realize the transformation from "physical integration" to "chemical integration" as soon as possible, promote the state-owned enterprises to become bigger and stronger, do fine and excellent, and accelerate the development into an industrial group with influence and competitive strength in the industry.
