Zhao Lina: I have been playing football for 22 years, I have played football, and now I feel that the biggest change is that the current sports conditions are much better than before, mainly material. I also watched the conditions of our school get better little by little, so I often feel very emotional, I will go to the campus to share with some children, I will tell them to cherish these material conditions that I have now.
What has not changed is everyone's enthusiasm for football champions, whether it is men's football or women's football, in fact, everyone's enthusiasm for wanting to win the championship has not decreased, but it is more eager, no athlete wants to lose.
Girl & Hai Cai: In order to improve yourself, have you considered playing abroad in the past?
Zhao Lina: In fact, I have considered it before, but when it comes to the final decision, I still can't be cruel. I think I may be a native of Shanghai, I don't go out if I like this city, no matter what, I still want to stay in this city most of the year, and I don't think too much about playing in other teams.

Girl & Hai Cai: What do you think is the most outrageous stereotype or misunderstanding of women's football in some of the current public opinion on the Internet?
Zhao Lina: The most stereotypical impression of women's football is that in the minds of fans, we are still stuck in the stage of "sonorous roses" and almost winning the championship, in fact, we are far away from that stage.
First of all, the image of our women's football team members has changed, and secondly, our usual training has become more scientific.
Image words, you see now more female football players actually look more and more good-looking, we play the National Games, we are in the National Games Village canteen, I feel that the appearance of the athletes now is really incredible, whether boys or girls, men are tall and thin, and then especially sunny. Girls are also very good skin, and very sunny and confident, I think it is no longer the kind of people who thought that they had a plate head, and then sunburned their skin was very dark, full of acne, it was no longer that era.
Then our current training, is not like before, you have to practice 10 hours a day, to bleed and sweat without tears, we have a very scientific training and a good team, in fact, now sports is more advocating a healthy way of life. Including my short video, I actually want to let everyone see our lives and break the stereotype of female footballers.

Girl & Hai Cai: But there may be some people's view at the moment: athletes shooting short videos will affect the performance of athletes, and they may also say that professional athletes shooting these are not doing their jobs, have you ever been attacked by this kind of statement?
Zhao Lina: Definitely, but I've actually been thinking about this lately. For example, when I was training, I wanted to shoot some materials, since I was shooting materials, I was training today, I had to do this action 100% to make me satisfied, which was equivalent to a lot of eyes looking at me, I couldn't have a little slack, in fact, I was using another way to supervise myself in disguise.
So, I think it's actually a good virtuous circle, and a lot of people may not realize it. On the one hand, I can share my own training and life, on the other hand, I am actually demanding myself with higher requirements. Including in the future, my video content will also be mainly football content, after all, this is also my main business.
Girl & Hai Cai: One of the most played videos on your B station right now is the video of the butter hand related to goalkeeper technology, which has been played 410,000 times. How was that video made?
Zhao Lina: Actually, there was an idea at that time, I wanted to make a video of a teaching series. Probably everyone still pays a lot of attention to the word "butter hand", because every competition seems to have one or two examples of such butter hands, so I want to start with this to bring out a series of instructional videos after me.
At that time, I actually did not expect that there would be such a better effect when it was launched. Because I didn't expect that everyone would pay so much attention to the "Goalkeeper Teaching Series" video, so there was also continuous output later.

Girls & Hai Cai: You have also done a lot of football-related videos now, have you considered doing some coaching or youth training work in the future?
Zhao Lina: If I have the opportunity, I will try in many ways. Because I was originally an athlete and have been engaged in it for so many years, I also hope that I can pass on some experience, as well as technical and tactical things to more young people, to boys or girls who like football, and I also hope that they can have better development.

Girl & Hai Cai: What is your current schedule for the day?
Zhao Lina: We actually live a very fixed day from morning to night, the women's super league in the division is about 8 o'clock to get up, 8:30 to eat, and then eat a good meal, the morning will generally rest or do strength, in the afternoon about 3 o'clock to start training for two hours, and then eat dinner, basically every day is a fixed such time. But when I have holidays, I will be like everyone else, sleep a little more in the morning, I will also play a few games, I also love e-sports, and my favorite hero is Nami.
Girls & Hai Cai: When EDG wins the championship in 2021, many people will sigh that young people don't watch football anymore, what do you think of this view?
Zhao Lina: In fact, young people can't say that they don't watch football now, they can only say that they choose a wider range. Including people who like e-sports, in fact, there are also a large number of people who usually like to watch football. It's just that because of the hot events at that time, the heat of e-sports may have temporarily overshadowed football.
Girl & Hai Cai: I have mentioned the manga "NANA" in many interviews before, why do you have such a fondness for this manga?
Zhao Lina: Because in fact, at the beginning, I felt that I was very similar to the protagonist Nana in it, and the Nana in it was a person who had been running around since I was a child, and I felt that I actually started playing football from the first grade, and then I was always far from home, and I experienced that the warmth of the family was actually relatively small, and I have been living in the team, and I feel that I have a lot of feelings after watching the anime.
And then on the other hand, because I have a "Na" in my name, then my sense of involvement will be very strong, and then I will feel that I will sometimes feel like the protagonist of the anime. The protagonist is the lead singer of a rock band, and I love rock and roll myself, in fact, sometimes before the competition I also listen to rock and roll, motivating myself to keep myself in a state of excitement.
So I think this comic has actually changed me and inspired me a lot over the years. In fact, football and rock are still very compatible! Many foreign players, such as De Gea, also love anime and rock.
