"Ulla", a transliteration of the word "long live" in Russian. Recently, some social media accounts in China began to spread the term to attack and belittle Chinese netizens who were sympathetic to Russia's position during the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
Chinese have their own judgment on the merits of the Ukrainian issue and will never engage in forced sides like some countries. Titles like "Ula" are typical of hat-hatting, labeling, and confrontation.
Through tracing the source, it was found that the "Ula ethnic group" was suspected to come from the "1450" manufacturing of the network army hired by the DPP authorities in Taiwan.
Previously, the fake news of "Ukrainian men tearfully bidding farewell to their wives and daughters on the battlefield" and the "introduction of Ukrainian beauties" created by the "What happened to China" organization also had the shadow of "1450".

The name "1450" is no longer a strange word in Chinese mainland. In 2019, Taiwan's "Agricultural Committee" issued an announcement that it plans to recruit at least 4 people to "clarify information in real time on social platforms such as online forums", with a total budget of NT$14.5 million. But when this content spreads to the mainland Internet, such differences are obvious.
For example, this account called "The Funny Girl of Rebirth in Azhong", when reprinting information that has been converted into a pure mainland version, still uses the pure Taiwanese "Puding" and the obvious Taiwanese typography "quotation marks".
At the same time, the title "A-China" is also the name of some Taiwan netizens to the mainland.
For example, this "clam" as a mood word is also commonly used in Taiwanese Internet terms.
We can also compare the content of those Taiwanese accounts on overseas social media platforms with the clamor to see the similarities and differences.
There is also an account number that authenticates as the manager of a Taiwanese enterprise, and coordinates overseas. Sitting on hundreds of thousands of fans, or the host of super talk. If such an account engages in specific activities related to "1450", the influence can be imagined.
Synthesizing some of the contents of the account, it is also very suspicious of us. First, the account has recently been interspersed between overseas social media and mainland social media, and only disseminates unilateral anti-Russian information.
At the same time, the "Ukrainian man who bids farewell to his wife and daughter", which has been proven to be false, also has his participation. In addition, on the exchange content between the account and mainland netizens, tag words such as "wolf warrior", "kung fu panda" and "Russian daddy" also have a high frequency.
Not only that, the account also demystified the Nazi organizations that pursue Nazism and participated in the 2019 hong Kong chaos. In total disregard, in the picture it forwarded was the Nazi "swastika.".
There is also a type of account, which seems to support the reunification of the motherland, but a large number of videos of Taiwan media are forwarded, and in the title of specific political figures, it is also obvious that there is a Taste of Taiwan. For example: The president of Ukraine "Zelensky". This is a common translation of the Taiwan media and the "working group" of the United States or Western foreign propaganda agencies (such as VOA and Faguang) in Taiwan.

What is the purpose of "1450"?

1. Attempts to bind China and Russia. How to deal with "1450"?
Tang Jingtai believes that at present, the relevant platforms have been considering displaying posts and comments on some users when necessary to display real geographical location information. That's a great way to do it.
A common means used by overseas network troops before was "killing" and "adding drama", which was manifested as "low-level red" and "high-level black", which is the so-called "accelerationism". In the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, the Western irrational sanctions against Russia have even extended to pet cats, breaking the so-called freedom of speech and academic neutrality that it has always flaunted.
