On March 4th, on the occasion of the 59th "Lei Feng Memorial Day" and the 23rd "China Volunteer Service Day" in the country. In order to practice the core socialist values, carry forward the volunteer service spirit of "dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance and progress", and spread the volunteer service concept of "learning from Lei Feng, dedicating others, and improving oneself", the Party Committee of the Intermediate Court Organ of Yanbian Forest District organized young cadres and policemen to carry out volunteer service activities to learn from Lei Feng in the new era of civilization practice in Maoershan National Forest Park, Yanji City.
In the activity, the cadres and policemen held iron tongs or pockets, carried forward the spirit of not being afraid of hardship, not afraid of dirty and tired, divided labor and cooperation, and carried out comprehensive and serious cleaning and picking up of plastic bottles, plastic bags, and fruit peel confetti along the mountain. Everyone cooperated with each other, assisted each other, and was full of energy, and did not spare a cigarette butt or a piece of waste paper in the process of picking up. After more than 2 hours of labor, a total of more than 10 bags of garbage were picked up, and the appearance of environmental hygiene was renewed.
This "Learning Lei Feng" volunteer service activity is a concrete embodiment of the Intermediate People's Court's positive response to General Secretary Xi Jinping's call for "Lei Feng spirit, everyone can learn; dedication and love, everywhere can be done".
