On the morning of August 13, the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee of The Transfering Mountain Municipal Committee held a kick-off meeting for the activity of "Emancipating the Mind to Promote High-quality Development, Learning, Discussion and Upgrading". The meeting was presided over by Song Qingsheng, executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission; Ren Daochun and Hu Baodong, deputy secretaries of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission; and all comrades of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission attended the meeting. Comrade Zhang Ruirun, deputy head of the Fifth Supervision Group for the Study and Education of Party History in Bingshan City, and Comrade Fu Yang, a member of the group, attended the launching meeting throughout the whole process.
At the meeting, Hu Baodong, deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, first read out the "Implementation Plan for the Municipal Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee to Emancipate the Mind and Promote High-quality Development," and then Ren Daochun, deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, led all comrades to study the "Inspection Report on Linyi City and Rizhao City, Shandong Province.", and finally Comrade Song Qing, executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, made a concluding speech.
The meeting asked all party members and cadres to base themselves on the development goals of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan", continuously enhance the awareness of opportunities, innovation and service, boldly emancipate their minds, change their work style, and strive to make due contributions to the revitalization and development of The Mobilization Mountain.
