On the afternoon of March 5, our province held an emergency video conference on school epidemic prevention and control work, and Yang Bin, secretary of the party committee and director of the Heze Municipal Education Bureau, Wang Bin, Cui Zhongru and Guo Junfeng, An Senli, member of the party group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Cao County People's Congress, Zhang Zuotong, secretary of the party committee and director of the Cao County Education and Sports Bureau, and the heads of schools in the urban area of Cao County listened to and watched in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Cao County Education and Sports Bureau.
In order to further implement the spirit of the meeting, on the morning of March 7, the Cao County education system held a meeting on school epidemic prevention and control work to arrange relevant work. At the meeting, Comrade Yuan Shaoan conveyed the spirit of the meeting, especially the current severe situation of campus epidemic prevention and control, and the specific measures to grasp the implementation of normalization prevention and control on campus.
Zhang Zuotong, secretary of the party committee and director of the Cao County Education and Sports Bureau, made arrangements on how to implement the spirit of the meeting and do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic in the county's education system. First, we must attach great importance to ideology, have a clear understanding of reality, enhance our sense of responsibility and mission, and earnestly assume our responsibilities as performing our duties. The second is to make every effort to do a good job in the detection and control of key personnel, and stifle the risk in the source. The third is to make every effort to implement the normalization prevention and control measures on campuses and effectively prevent and control the epidemic in schools. The fourth is to carry out emergency drills for epidemic prevention and control again, improve emergency plans and prevention and control plans, and effectively improve the school's emergency response capabilities and levels. The fifth is to further tighten the responsibility of compaction and make every effort to do a good job in supervision and inspection. From March 7, the Education and Sports Bureau will unite with relevant departments such as health and market supervision to carry out a comprehensive special supervision and inspection of the epidemic prevention and control work in schools throughout the county, promote the implementation of detailed epidemic prevention and control measures in schools, and effectively build a solid line of defense against the epidemic on campus. The responsible persons and staff of each school should stick to their posts, perform their duties, and effectively form a joint force of prevention and control that is efficiently coordinated and connected from top to bottom. Where the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures is paralyzed, perfunctory, and formalistic, causing serious consequences, schools and responsible persons are to be dealt with seriously in accordance with rules and disciplines and in accordance with law.
At the meeting, Comrade Wang Changjiang conveyed the spirit of the 2022 annual school safety work conference in Heze City, especially the problems and difficulties in the development of various types of school work at all levels in our county since last year, and exchanged ideas on solutions, and at the same time put forward suggestions on how to carry out school safety work in the next step, especially for guarding the "first line of defense", doing a good job in "three defense construction", attending safety education classes, and grasping various safety drills.
At the meeting, Zhang Zuotong, director of the bureau, also made corresponding arrangements for petitioning and maintaining stability and education and teaching work.
