In order to strengthen the construction of the cultural team, improve the professional quality and service level of employees, further play the role of literary and artistic backbones, and enhance the training and counseling ability of the masses, from March 1 to March 2, 2022, the Caofeidian District Cultural Center carried out professional skills competitions and MOOC collection activities, and 14 librarians appeared to show their excellent skills.
The skill competition is divided into two parts: talent display and MOOCs, in order to cope with the first "competition" in 2022, the librarians responded positively, starting from their own professions, showing a solid theoretical foundation and exquisite business level, and fully demonstrating the good professionalism and spiritual outlook of the staff of the cultural center.
The skill competition is rich in content and diverse in form: there are MOOCs in fine arts and music, including introduction to brush calligraphy, colored lead techniques, mass sight singing ability training and tutoring, etc.; there are also live performances of the opera "Liu Qiao'er" excerpts picking mulberry leaves, classical dance display, Jiaozhou song, etc., which can be described as colorful, and the flowers of literature and art are competing to bloom first.
As the main undertakers of the cultural work of the masses, the librarians of the cultural center must have good ideological and political qualities and strong professional ability, and be able to get on the stage and stand on the podium. The holding of this skills competition event can not only show the style and professional skills of the librarians, but also promote the librarians to increase their artistic knowledge and improve their business skills. Only in this way can we better shoulder our own responsibilities and better serve the masses.
