Among them, in April 2018, under the organization of Lin Zhiwei, Yang invited Lin Zhiwei, Hou Jun and Ma Jun at the Wanlongzhou Seafood Fuwai Store, spending a total of 4540 yuan and drinking 2 bottles of Feitian Moutai wine pre-stored in the hotel by Yang. Lin Zhiwei, Hou Jun, and Ma Jun were each punished with warnings from within the party.
2. Wang Ning, vice president of the Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants, issued and received labor fees in violation of regulations. From January 2013 to December 2018, when Wang Ning was the secretary general of the Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Asset Appraisal), he did not strictly control the financial work of the association and indiscriminately paid labor fees, and Wang Ning himself received a total of more than 73,000 yuan in labor fees for the editors and members of the journal within the scope of his work responsibilities. From 2013 to 2018, Wang Ning, as a staff member who was not withholding and collecting individual tax return rewards, illegally received withholding and collection of individual tax return incentives totaling RMB48,000. Wang Ning was punished with a warning from within the party.
3. Yan Zhongyi, director of the Procuratorial Science and Technology Information Center of the Beijing Municipal Procuratorate, Hu Zhiqiang, head of the First Procuratorial Department of the Haidian District Procuratorate, and Jia Xiaowen, director of the Third Procuratorial Department of the Chaoyang District Procuratorate, violated the law in accepting banquets that might affect the fair performance of official duties. In May 2019, Yan Zhongyi, Hu Zhiqiang, Jia Xiaowen, etc. accepted a banquet from Zhang Mou, a trainee lawyer at a law firm (who actually led the lawyer team to work), and Zhang paid a meal fee of 3,780 yuan. Yan Zhongyi, Hu Zhiqiang, and Jia Xiaowen were punished with warnings from within the party.
4. Zeng Yongdong, secretary of the party group and chairman of the Miyun District Disabled Persons' Federation, gave gifts in violation of the law. Before the Spring Festival in 2017 and 2018, when Zeng Yongdong was the mayor of Xincheng sub-town in Miyun District, in order to thank Wang Wendong, then chairman of the Miyun District CPPCC Committee (which has been handled in a separate case), for his concern for the work of Xincheng sub-town, zeng Yongdong gave Wang Wendong a gift of 15,000 yuan in two times in his personal name.
