Shu Ying pointed out that the "flower" resource is the most important part of Bijie tourism, jade hairpin flower as one of the "four flowers" of Bijie, rhododendron, leek flower, cherry flower tourism product development has been relatively mature, and the development of jade hairpin flower is still in its infancy. It is hoped that Jinsha will take the jade hairpin flower project as a breakthrough and strive to promote the "strong" of market players, the "prosperity" of tourism formats, the "excellent quality" of service quality, and the "living" of idle and inefficient projects; it is hoped that the jade hairpin flower project will become an important carrier and high-quality project of tourism industrialization in Jinsha County, and truly become an important support for promoting high-quality development.
Shang Jinhai said that the construction project of the Jinsha Yuqiu Flower Tourist Scenic Spot is a key project of the province and the city, a major action for Jinsha County to implement the decision-making and deployment of the provincial party committee around the "four new" and the main attack on the "four modernizations", an important starting point for rapidly promoting the industrialization of tourism, and an important project to benefit the people of the county to continuously meet the aspirations of the people of the county for a better life. He said that the construction of the Yuqiuhua Seaview Area is of great significance to Jinsha's construction of a global tourism development pattern of "one core, two belts and multiple points", to create a well-known and first-class ecological health tourism destination in China, and to fill the gap of no flowers to be appreciated in July of the "Flower Sea Bi Festival". He asked the construction party to carefully organize and devote itself to speeding up the construction progress under the premise of ensuring safety. All relevant departments actively perform their duties and take the initiative to provide quality services for the smooth construction of the project.
It is understood that the planned land of the scenic spot is 2485 mu, and the core landscape area of the jade hairpin flower is 583 mu. The total investment is 506 million yuan, the construction period is two years, and the investment in the first phase of the project is about 130 million yuan. The planning formats include sightseeing ropeways, sightseeing rail cars, five-star stations, glass boardwalks, grass sliding bases, observation decks, flying eagles, etc., which are comprehensive tourist attractions integrating cultural experience, health vacation, natural sightseeing and extreme sports, and will be built according to the national 4A level scenic spot standards.
