Li He
Born in 1972 in Liaoning Province, he graduated from lu xun academy of fine arts with a bachelor's degree in sculpture in 1996 and graduated from the academy of fine arts of Tsinghua University with a master's degree in 2001. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, the secretary of the Sculpture Department, a professor, and a doctoral supervisor. He is a member of the Sculpture Art Committee of the China Artists Association, a standing director of the China Sculpture Society, and a member of the China Artists Association. He is mainly engaged in the basic teaching and research of figurative sculpture, the creation of conceptual figurative sculpture, and the research of public art creation and theory. Based on the context of globalization and the development of contemporary art, it pays attention to and thinks about contemporary social life and culture, and attaches importance to the cultivation of critical thinking. He has participated in more than 100 academic exhibitions at home and abroad, and his works have been collected by the National Art Museum of China, the National Museum of China, domestic and foreign art museums, art institutions and personal collections, and have won many national, provincial and ministerial awards. He has participated in many international and domestic forums and academic exchange conferences.
