Engaging in profit-making activities in violation of the law, being keen on running businesses, seriously undermining the business environment, investing in non-listed companies, obtaining high interest rates through nongovernmental lending activities, and engaging in money and color transactions; violating life discipline, pursuing low-level interests, corrupting family style, colluding with family members to collect money and amass wealth, and neglecting spouses and children; violating the family planning policy and exceeding family planning; engaging in power and money transactions, taking advantage of one's position to facilitate the pursuit of benefits for others in the areas of enterprise operation, contracting projects, and arranging work, and illegally soliciting and accepting huge amounts of property and property. Li He's serious violations of the party's political, organizational, honest, and life discipline constitute serious violations of official duties and are suspected of accepting bribes, using influence to accept bribes, and the crime of having a huge amount of assets of unknown origin, and he did not restrain or accept his hands after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is of a serious nature and has a bad impact, and should be dealt with severely.
