The character is unfamiliar, as it only appeared once in Ant-Man 1, played by Cory Stol.
The Wasp Warrior is punched into the Quantum Realm in the ultimate PK with Ant-Man, but it is believed that the character is not completely dead.
In the latest podcast of Vanity Fair, the host discussed many of the Easter eggs in the fifth episode of Loki, which also specifically mentioned the Wasp Warrior.

Then the host confidently said, "I don't know if this [Rocky's Easter egg] means anything, but I know that Corey Storr will return to Ant-Man 3 in some form." ”
"Ant-Man 3" has now begun filming, and north American is scheduled to be released on February 17, 2023.
