Finally, the awards are determined based on a number of factors such as the profitability of the company.

Participating students are preparing for the competition
Hu Fangzhou, the 1919 class teacher of the school's e-commerce major, told Jimu News that in the competition, the team members performed their duties, Yu Ende was responsible for the financial budget, Fu Yuqing was responsible for purchasing raw materials and production planning, Du Zhangxin was responsible for marketing, and Li Wenqi was responsible for trading and feedback progress.
On the day of the competition, the group drew the "small market, high cost" type of question. "The moment we saw the title, we were very nervous." Yu Ente said that this kind of topic is usually not very good at training, although it has been trained several times, but for the solution of this question, the group members still do not have a full grasp.
After discussion, the members of the group jointly decided to select three types of products from the four types of products as planned products to compete in the market, and then decide whether to choose the fourth type of products according to the marketing situation. "Because it is a national competition, we have chosen a more secure plan." Fu Yuqing said that compared with the fourth type of products, the first three types of products have the characteristics of low cost, large demand and low profits, and can operate and make profits steadily in the first two years. Subsequently, they applied for the initial capital of the enterprise, and the team members cooperated with each other to begin to order raw materials, lease factories, initially build production lines, complete product research and development, put advertisements, obtain orders and a series of business operations. After the first two years of operation, the group has obtained a part of the profit, whether to start the introduction of the fourth type of products at this moment, has become a turning point in the group's operation.

"Don't take risks, continue to make steady profits." Yu Ent said that in the early stage of operation, the group put more advertising, the cost is relatively high, but the order is relatively large, continue to operate in this way, you can make small profits and quick sales, and obtain stable income. In the end, the group managed carefully, ranked 13th in terms of revenue performance, and won the third prize in the national competition.
Case studies are often done during the preparation period until the early hours of the morning
"In the simulated competitive environment, students can fully experience the operation and management process of the enterprise, master the survival and development of the fully competitive environment, and understand the key decision-making process by playing roles in different positions and simulating the activities of the enterprise." Peng Xi, a teacher of e-commerce at the school, said that the competition not only tests the ability of teamwork and adaptability, but also tests the professional ability and quality of on-the-spot decision-making, and the training during the preparation period is particularly critical.
"One night during the preparation period, we finished our training and came out of the classroom to find that the door had been locked, and it turned out that it was already 11:30." Recalling the scene when preparing for the competition, Yu Ent said that the team began to prepare for the competition in April, and during the preparation time of more than two months, the team members went to the training room at 7:30 a.m. every morning, played online from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and carried out the day's review and the planning of tomorrow's game after 5 p.m.
The national competition scene
In the days of preparation, the team also had interesting things that made the group members can't help but be funny: doing case analysis, often because of too much investment, the end was already early in the morning; when the simulation game, because of the failure to manage the loan, resulting in a funding gap of 10,000 yuan, the company could not continue to operate...
"Our efforts paid off and we jumped happily after winning the national prize." Yu Ent said excitedly that after winning the competition, he entered the preparatory class to study. "This year, I will work hard to study culture classes, and I hope to enter undergraduate colleges and universities through the skills college entrance examination in the future."
Li Weiwu, deputy director of the Electronic Information Department of Huangpi Vocational School, said that the award of this competition is beneficial to the growth of students or their further education, and hopes that the winning students can pass on their experience to their students and let more students participate in the competition win awards.
