Grey, Post Judge, Vice President. In 2011, he entered the Shuyang Court and was successively rated as "Advanced Worker" and "Case Handling Pacesetter" by the Suqian Intermediate Court and the Shuyang Court, and in February 2021, he was awarded the "Individual Third Class Merit" by the Suqian Intermediate Court.
Do not forget the original intention, and strive to pass on the legal temperature
When dealing with a divorce case, Grey found that the woman who was the defendant was very depressed during the trial, and it was later learned that although the woman agreed to divorce, she was full of worries about her life after the divorce. On the basis of carefully verifying the joint property of the husband and wife, Grey sought a balance of interests between the two parties, and did a good job of ideological guidance from the aspects of jurisprudence and reasonableness, and finally prompted the two parties to reach a mediation agreement. After the case was closed, the defendant sent a handwritten thank-you note expressing the warmth she felt during the handling of the case, saying that this warmth gave her the courage to look forward to tomorrow. Grey has also been encouraging herself to pass on the temperature of the law with love while exercising judicial jurisdiction.
Practical and diligent, ordinary posts show style
In the past ten years since entering the court, from clerk to paradoxian to post judge, Grey has always been diligent and dedicated to her work with full enthusiasm. When she first came to work in the court, as a clerk, in order to adapt to the requirements of trial records, she used the noon lunch break and the time spent accompanying her family in the evening every day, repeatedly practicing listening and typing to improve the speed of recording, and often using holidays to sort out and bind case files.
From 2012 to 2016, as an assistant judge of the Administrative Tribunal, she insisted on starting from each specific case she came into contact with, finding corresponding legal provisions, judicial interpretations and similar cases, and consolidating her business foundation from point to point. During this period, the cases she compiled and reported were selected as the communiqué cases of the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court, and won the second prize of the Ninth "Golden Gavel" Cup Excellent Case of the Provincial High Court.
Since 2016, she has served as an assistant judge and a post judge, and has concluded more than 2,400 civil cases. Faced with the increasing pressure of handling cases, she has developed the habit of working overtime, the lights in her office are always on late on weekdays, and she can definitely see her car parked under the office building on Saturdays.
Judges feel inspired
Every case is a top priority for the parties, and their experience in the trial process is their most intuitive feeling about the rule of law. As judges, we must handle every case with care and affection, so that the masses can feel the convenience and warmth of the judiciary when they enter the court.
