Wang Bing, male, born in December 1969, Manchu, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree. He began his career in August 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1992.
He served as the director of the Policy Research Office of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee, the mayor of Baishan, and the secretary of the Baishan Municipal Party Committee.
Recently, Xie Zhongyan, who previously served as the director of the Jilin Provincial Department of Finance, has been appointed secretary of the Baishan Municipal Party Committee.
