On March 26, An Jian, the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, issued a document introducing the details of the crimes of Hunan "black boss" Wen Sanye.

Wen Sanye's real name is Wen Liehong, born in Minfu Village, Qiaoyi Town, Wangcheng District, Changsha, because he is the third oldest in the family, everyone calls him "Wen San Lingzi", after mixing into the underworld, everyone will call him Wen Sanye.

According to local villagers, Wen Liehong was originally just a fish seller, but he was able to transform himself into a billionaire because he took the underworld and made a black fortune.

Wen Liehong has been running amok in the local area for many years, with the title of "Changsha Cash King", the flow of a bank card alone is six or seven billion yuan, and the gangs he leads even alarmed the national anti-gang office.

Zhang Jianbo, a local businessman, reported Wen Liehong's crimes under his real name in 2016.

Zhang Jianbo said in the exposé post that Wen Liehong had hired murderers three times to get rid of him. Once, as soon as he got out of the elevator of a local hotel, he was slashed twice, and he felt a blur in front of his eyes. I thought the matter would be over, but the day after he was slashed, he saw Wen Liehong in the hospital room, which was still under the secret protection of the police.

Zhang Jianbo said that at that time, Wen Liehong still tentatively asked him if he knew who did this.

It was also this incident that led Wen Liehong's black-related case to the front of the stage.

According to the case-handling personnel, there was a loan relationship between Wen and Zhang. To be precise, it was Zhang Jianbo who borrowed a loan shark from Wen Liehong. At that time, Wen Liehong sent his subordinates to force debts on Zhang Jianbo in the way of "watching cattle", and then Zhang Jianbo could not withstand the pressure, so he could only forge the company seal and use the project assets to pay off the debt.

Zhang Jianbo said that he was illegally detained for a year, tortured by Wen Liehong every day, and had to go everywhere to raise money to return to him, and he had suicidal thoughts several times because he felt desperate.

Most people's evaluation of Wen Liehong is that they regard wealth as their destiny and will stop at nothing. He lends usury and recovers two or three times the principal.

Among the relevant evidence found by the court, there are three cases of usury data that are shocking.

Peng Mou, the owner of a local liquor company, once borrowed more than 400 million yuan from him, and finally repaid nearly 600 million yuan in principal and interest. Zhang Jianbo once borrowed more than 1.2 billion yuan from him and was forced by him to repay more than 2.2 billion yuan.

Le Mou, the owner of a local real estate company, once borrowed more than 42 million yuan from him, but finally repaid 3 times the principal and interest, a total of more than 130 million yuan.

But even if Wen Liehong loves money extremely much, there is still something he wants to buy at great expense, that is, "relationship". It is precisely because of the protection of the "protective umbrella" that he dares to run amok in the local area for so many years.

After investigation, a number of local public officials have given "special care" to Wen Liehong, and among the "protective umbrellas" investigated and punished are Zhou Fubo, former director of the Hunan Provincial Comprehensive Management Office, and Shan Dayong, former deputy director of the Changsha Municipal Public Security Bureau, both of whom met him at the gambling table.

According to Le Mou, he had borrowed money from Wen Liehong, and after repaying the principal, he was charged more than 90 million yuan in interest by the other party. Even if he has repaid so much money, the other party still wants him to repay another 11 million yuan, and sends people to the door every day to force debts. In desperation, he decided to report Wen Liehong to the Hunan Provincial Public Security Department, when Zhou Fubo was still the deputy director of the Provincial Public Security Department, and it was he who covered up Wen Liehong's crimes.

Zhou Fubo said that at that time, Wen Liehongtuo found him and wanted him to help greet Changsha City and slow down the case. Under his "care", the case was finally withdrawn.

In January 2019, Wen Liehong was sentenced to life imprisonment on 15 counts and had all of his personal property confiscated. And the two biggest "umbrellas" on his head have also been duly punished. Zhou Fubo was sentenced to 19 years in prison, while Shan Dayong was sentenced to 17 years in prison.
