At that time, I said that it was not easy for me to run here in Beijing, and I didn't want 100,000 or 70,000 or 80,000! The sale was quickly and smoothly closed.
I ferry to Shanghai that day and ship all the furniture back to Beijing. Put this bed up and put it with black wax, and the oil is brighter! I touched it over and over again, and it really brought the whole traditional auspicious pattern together. The carvings come to life. I feel the charm of ancient rhyme from the delicacy. Happy I didn't close my eyes one night.
The next day the frying pan was fried, and I was reluctant to sell it.
Everyone who does this line of work knows that it is not easy to put away good goods. I wanted a sky-high price not to sell!
One day a Xinji boss came to my shop and asked how much this bed cost? I said seven hundred thousand, and he turned around and told the driver that he was going to pay. At that time, I had an unspeakable feeling in my heart, there are rules in the industry, and as long as you want the other party to approve of the price, you must sell. There was no way, and later I heard that someone gave him two million and seven hundred thousand for that bed, and he wouldn't sell it!
The story has been almost twenty years since the facts tell me that mahogany material is a rare resource. Preservation appreciation is its property. From ancient times to the present, it is the hierarchical concept of the dignitaries and aristocrats.
The high-grade natural precious materials confirm the traditional concept of rare things being precious, coupled with traditional craftsmanship, cost-effective and long service life is impossible for other furniture to express.
According to my experience of making money and rising after selling for many years, making resources is the most risk-resistant. Finally my opinion is to play buildings to invest in stocks which one is not good to invest in mahogany!
