Recently, the party branch of the Nanguan area of the Ganzhou District Market Supervision Bureau held the 2021 annual organizational life meeting and the work of democratic appraisal of party members, which was presided over by Comrade Gong Qi, secretary of the branch, and Comrade Ding Xuesong, member of the party group and deputy director of the bureau, attended the meeting for guidance.
Before the meeting, the party branch of the area carefully organized and studied the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping "July 1st" and the spirit of the important speech and instructions to Gansu through the combination of centralized study and self-study, deeply studied the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, studied the "Party Constitution" and the "Regulations on the Organization and Work of the Communist Party of China" and other intra-party regulations paragraph by paragraph, and continued to follow up and study the spirit of the Fifth Party Congress of the city and district. Through pre-meeting study, we will further strengthen the theoretical study and education of branch members, guide all party members to improve their understanding of the importance of organizational life meetings, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for holding organizational life meetings. Persist in the party branch secretaries taking the lead in talking and listening to opinions, and carry out heart-to-heart talks between branch secretaries and branch members, between branch members, and between branch secretaries and ordinary party members. Talking with the heart jumps out of the boundaries of "the authorities are fans", openly and honestly communicates, does not talk about achievements, only talks about deficiencies, not only takes the initiative to say their own problems, but also directly points out the shortcomings of the other party.
At the meeting, Comrade Gong Qi briefed all party members on the preparations for the organizational life meeting and the solicitation of opinions and suggestions, and conducted a comparative inspection on behalf of the leading body, and the party building work of the branch leading body was unanimously praised by all party members and comrades. In the process of carrying out criticism and self-criticism, each party member combines the actual conditions of his own work and takes the "four comparisons" as the yardstick, conscientiously examines himself, analyzes the root causes of problems, clarifies the direction of his efforts, and takes the initiative to accept criticism from other comrades. The atmosphere at the meeting was warm, and everyone spoke the truth and really spoke, which really achieved the effect of not only red face sweating, touching the mind, but also enhancing unity and promoting work. The party members of the branch were democratically evaluated by means of the distribution of evaluation forms. After carefully listening to the speeches of the party members of the branch, Comrade Ding Xuesong fully affirmed the development of the special organizational life meeting and put forward guiding opinions from three aspects: strengthening the construction of the leading body, strengthening the construction of the contingent, and strengthening comprehensive capacity building.
