Today, the Qingyang District People's Court issued the first "Family Education Order" in response to a juvenile crime, urging guardians to earnestly perform guardianship duties and assume the main responsibility for family education.

It is reported that today, the court concluded a juvenile delinquency case. After trial, the court held that defendant Meng's conduct had constituted a crime. The facts of the crime alleged by the public prosecution organ are clear, the crime is convicted, and it is supported. The court rendered a judgment in court and sentenced defendant Meng mou to six months' imprisonment, suspended for one year, and a fine of 3,000 yuan.

The judge held that in the process of Meng's growth, his parents did not implement correct family education, failed to fulfill their supervision duties and care obligations for minors, and eventually led the child to go astray. Parents' failure to fulfill their family education responsibilities shall be corrected in accordance with law.

To this end, the court issued a "Family Education Order" to Meng's guardian, urging the guardian to earnestly perform his guardianship duties, assume the main responsibility for family education, guide minors to abide by discipline and law, be diligent and thrifty, and develop good ideological character and behavioral habits.

After receiving the "Family Education Order", the guardian said that he has deeply realized his dereliction of duty in educating his children, and will actively perform the main responsibility of family education, establish correct values for children, and help children reform themselves.
