Ding Lina is the chairman of the Women's Federation of Xiaosongzhuang Village, Linnancang Town, Yutian County. Since taking office in April 2021, she has devoted herself to the work of the Women's Federation with abundant energy, selfless dedication and the spirit of hard work.
After taking office, the difficult families, especially the five-insured households, single-parent families and other groups of people, were investigated and explored, registered and recorded, so as to facilitate the follow-up of the point. During the autumn harvest, she organized the strong young people in the village to form an autumn harvest squad to help the families in need to harvest the corn early and not delay the planting of the masses in the next season.
During the epidemic prevention and control period, Ding Lina carefully screened the people aged 18 to 65 who could be vaccinated against the new crown, registered and recorded, and organized eligible villagers to receive the new crown vaccine. For those with limited mobility and older age, she arranged a unified transfer of vehicles to ensure that villagers should be picked up.
Ding Lina also conscientiously did a good job in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women and children, and held legal knowledge training such as the Law on the Protection of Women's and Children's Rights and Interests and the Marriage Law to help the vast number of women know and understand the law and improve women's ability to defend their own rights.
As a grassroots female cadre, she loves her work, actively performs her duties, realizes her own value in ordinary posts, and wins the respect of the masses.
