The 3rd and 4th floors of a building in Lane 180, Nandai Road, are indeed rental houses, and law enforcement officers have carefully checked the real estate brokerage company filing certificate, the number of residents and the per capita living area. The house is functional and does not occupy the kitchen, bathroom and balcony. In this regard, law enforcement personnel remind tenants to pay attention to the norms of civilized living behavior and jointly maintain the living environment of the community.
Later, when careful law enforcement officers passed by the 2nd floor, the living room could be seen through the open door. Law enforcement officers found that after the living room of the house was cut off, it became 4 rooms, and multiple beds were placed, which obviously had a group rent phenomenon. Through the tenant, law enforcement officers contacted the second landlord, explained the situation to him, and ordered him to rectify it on his own. Before leaving, law enforcement officers issued notices to tenants to publicize the safety hazards of group rental housing and related laws and policies. At present, the illegal partition of the house has been demolished.
