In addition, there is a district-level comprehensive cultural center planned in the north side of the VII-2 block in Lunan District, including a library and exhibition hall, but the construction of the residential area of Lunan District has not yet started, so the library that is undergoing preliminary preparations in the Economic Development Zone should refer to the Ludong District Planning Library.

Considering the balanced layout of public cultural facilities (there is a Children's Palace in Hexi, and there is a district-level comprehensive cultural center in the core and Lunan), the planning library is more likely to be relocated in the Ludong District, and the author speculates that another piece of cultural facility land located next to Dinghai Garden may be one of the site sites, which was originally planned to build a museum.
