No, another man reached out to steal and fell into the "hunting net" woven by the Baodi police, and finally took responsibility for his wrong behavior.
Recently, the Baoping Police Station of the Baodi Branch of the Public Security Bureau received a police report that an electric bicycle was stolen. The police said that on weekdays, he parked the electric bicycle in the alley in front of his home, and there were locked tin fences on both the east and west sides of the alley, thinking that it was very safe here, not only did not lock the car, but even the key was not pulled. Although this move is convenient for themselves, it also "facilitates" the thief. The next day, after the electric bicycle disappeared, the owner anxiously called the police.
After receiving the report, the Baoping police station immediately organized police forces to investigate the case. Because the place of the crime is located in a remote alley in Baoping Street, Baodi District, after investigation, there are fewer people passing around, and the police have not found valuable clues. Subsequently, the police changed their investigation thinking, expanded the scope of investigation, and investigated the area around the crime site one by one. After continuous struggle, the police found the stolen electric bicycle in a community near the scene of the crime. In line with the principle of "fighting when it appears", the police accurately study and judge, carefully deploy, and act decisively, and lay down a "hunting net" at the place where the suspect may appear. After more than ten hours of squatting, the suspect Zhang Mou appeared in the sight of the police, fell into the "hunting net" of the police, and was caught in one fell swoop.
After interrogation, the criminal suspect Zhang Mou confessed to the crime of stealing electric bicycles. Zhang Mou confessed that he had seen the electric bicycle parked in the place many times, and the key was not pulled. Zhang "keenly" "smelled" the taste of "prey". So, he prepared the tools for the crime, sneaked to the alley late at night, pried open the lock on the tin fence on the west side of the alley, and stole the electric bicycle. After winning the hand, Zhang Mou was very "cautious", first hid the electric bicycle in a nearby community, until the next night, he quietly transferred the car, and Zhang Mou, who was smart enough to think that everything was fine, and as soon as he appeared, he was stolen by the police. "I really can't imagine that the police can help me get my car back so quickly", seeing the lost and recovered electric bicycle, the policeman shook the hand of the police and thanked him continuously.
At present, Zhang Mou has been criminally detained by the Baodi Branch of the Public Security Bureau for suspected theft, and the case is now under further trial.
