The first time I saw sumitomo's home @zydove, I felt that it grew on my aesthetic.
Simple and gentle, refreshing and lightweight, many details stand up to scrutiny, whether on a practical or aesthetic level.
What's more, in order to save the budget, the owner did not ask the designer at all, but spent 10 months on his own, harvesting this minimalist, comfortable, empty and easy to take care of the "cost-effective" home.
No designers,
It's all on your own.
Because of the budget, the owner did not look for a designer. Directly holding the floor plan attached to the opening of the house, I began to decorate.
Minor changes include:
(1) The sink is placed in the red line position, the island is made, and the dining table is placed by the island.
(2) Cancel the large-area side cabinet, and purchase a small cabinet as a supplement in the later stage.
(3) The guest bathroom cancels the shower room and replaces it with a shower curtain.
(4) In addition to the entrance cabinet 350mm, the rest of the depth is 600mm (the wardrobe is used in the IKEA pax cabinet series, the internal accessories are convenient and flexible adjustment)

The entrance cabinet hides strong and weak electrical boxes, shoes are placed in the lower cabinet, and paper towels and other items are placed in the upper cabinet. The alcove of the cabinet was made with a strip of light to provide illumination. The cabinet cylinder with the door at home is all dark.
Because it is the inside door, there is also IKEA Johnnys outside the door to put shoes for guests, and there is a shoe cabinet on the right hand side to put shoes that are worn daily. The shoe cabinet in the house stores the shoes for the new season.
The living room view of the entrance hall, in order to level the top surface, changed the air duct, the net height of 2400mm. The whole house floor is paved, and the tiles and floors are treated with glass glue. Illumination is provided with linear lights + partial spotlights, and the color temperature is uniform 3000k.
The dining table is custom-made by Taobao, and the dining chairs and sofas are all IKEA. The sofa is placed in this way to make more space, and the aisle leading to the balcony leaves 800mm of space.
The living room view of the sofa position, the entire house façade is white, the entrance door is painted white, the LDK layout of the public area, and the height of the kitchen countertop is uniform 900mm.

The master bedroom looks past the living room, clean and refreshing, and the sense of atmosphere of the linear lights is enough.

The restaurant view of the kitchen, you can see that the tiles on the opposite side are matte white, and the hood is patterned. The lower outlet of the kitchen socket is 10cm away from the countertop, so that the socket cannot be seen as soon as the appliances are placed.
The cabinet uses invisible handles, and the countertop is not hung down, which is lighter. The door is 3cm off the ground, trying to match the skirting board. The kitchen storage is made of drawers, plus the internal drawer, a total of 5. The tissue box is hidden under the dining table, keeping the "nothing" going.
Snacks are also put into the trolley and do not disturb the view.

The bathrooms are all gypsum board ceilings, and the inner guard has made a mirror cabinet because the wall of the shower area is protruding a little.

The toilet is toto with smart cover, which is very comfortable to use in winter.
The opening under the mirror cabinet is convenient for pulling, does not occupy the countertop, and toiletries are placed in the mirror cabinet. Mirror cabinets reserve sockets to charge small appliances.
The shower area did not do a water barrier, the tile sank 1cm, and a long floor drain was made.
The bathroom cabinet is IKEA's Gudmore, and the lower floor is well stored and replaced with bath towels.
There is a disposable toilet brush and a wiper behind the door, and you can go up to the wall and have a suitable hiding place. In this way, the whole bathroom is also refreshing.
Because of the small frequency of use, the guest guard did not make a mirror cabinet and a shower room, and put the shower supplies on the windowsill.
The trash can also be on the wall, easy to clean, 15cm off the ground, the sweeper can also be easily entered.

The headboard in the background of the master bedroom was made by a carpenter, pasted with veneer, and equipped with a light strip.
The bed was minimore's backless bed with metal legs.
The curtains are purchased locally, with fixed shapes, light colors, and blackouts are also good. There was a projector at the head of the bed, and occasionally lay on the big white wall opposite to watch a movie.
The windows of the room were all covered with Tachikawa blinds, and a layer of curtains was added. The window cover is made of 1.5cm aluminium.
Behind the door of the master bedroom, there is a temporary IKEA Billy bookcase, and the aisle leading to the bathroom is flanked by IKEA's pax wardrobe, which is relatively narrow, so it gives up making cabinet doors.
From another point of view, it can be seen that the storage capacity is still enough.
The second bedroom on the south side, a 2.75m wardrobe was made opposite the bed, and a set of open cabinets were made by the door.

Under the balcony cabinet is 17cm vacated for the sweeping robot. In order to be visually clean, the cabinets in the public area are all opened by bouncers, and the cleaning tools are placed inside the cabinets.
The cabinet also has a hole in the board, the storage is flexible, and the cabinet also has a socket reserved for the sweeping robot and other cleaning tools to charge.
