Fan Zheng, male, Han ethnicity, through the guan, Hunan Chenzhou Rucheng, born in March 1963, member of the Communist Party of China, university culture. He is currently working for Changsha Railway Industrial Development Co., Ltd. of China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group, serving as party secretary and chairman of the board. He is a member of the Hunan Poetry Association, a member of the Yuelu Poetry Society, and the vice president of the Hunan Confucian Poetry Association.
