In 2005, with the improvement of breeding technology, Lu Yun began to expand the scale of breeding, rented 80 acres of forest land from villagers, and began to try to breed native chickens on a large scale and ecology. Because he needed to guard the chickens at night, Lu Yun made a simple shed on the tree with a plastic rain cloth, and rested in the shed at night. At that time, Lu Yun had just given birth to his second son, and there was no one in the family to take care of the child, so Lu Yun had to carry his son up the mountain every day before dawn to feed the chickens, feed, shovel chicken manure, and then return home to feed the pigs and cook rice. The high-intensity labor made her originally weigh 103 pounds lose to 80 pounds in just a few months, and her thin body became bow-shaped.
In 2006, due to the rising cost of the epidemic and the large price fluctuations in the poultry market, the price of native chickens that was originally 10 yuan / kg fell all the way down to a price of only 3 yuan / kg. Lu Yun's native chicken breeding has been impacted, not only has there been no return, but the 60,000 yuan of savings saved have also been lost. On the contrary, she seized the various planting and breeding training opportunities provided by the Yanshan County Women's Federation for rural entrepreneurial women, went to the field to study poultry breeding varieties, technologies, markets and markets, and finally decided to breed black feather black chickens and sell green shell eggs.
In 2007, Lu Yun actively fought for project funds such as "towel loan" and "loan exemption and subsidy", raised 200,000 yuan, and began the breeding of 2,000 black feathered black chickens. Black feather black chicken is different from the traditional native chicken, the eggs are blue-green, many people do not understand, do not dare to buy, Lu Yun had to publicize the benefits of green shell eggs to the masses over and over again, at any cost, free distribution to them to try. At the same time, the Yanshan County Industry and Commerce Bureau invited Lu Yun to participate in the Kun fair with green shell eggs, and at the meeting, the green shell eggs were just put on the stage and were snatched up. The green shell eggs were also slowly understood and accepted, and Lu Yun's eggs gradually opened up sales channels in Wenshan.
In July 2010, Lu Yun registered and established the "Yanshan County Yunyan Aquaculture Professional Cooperative" in Bainijing Village, Panlong Township, Yanshan County, with a registered capital of 2.5408 million yuan, and Lu Yun also registered the "Yunyan" brand trademark, focusing on creating brand eggs.
In 2018, the cooperative relocated more than 30 mu of sites in Panlong Township's Wengda Administrative Village, investing a total of more than 40 million yuan, introducing "EM" microbial breeding technology, using modern scientific feeding methods to breed native chickens, and has realized a fully automated production model and built a new modern breeding demonstration base. Lu Yun, who has successfully started a business, took the initiative to contact and guide the surrounding villagers to join the cooperative, and at present, the cooperative has 917 members (including 820 poor households with established archives), driving more than 600 households in the surrounding areas to develop the aquaculture industry, and solving the employment problem of more than 40 people. Each of the 20 poor households has been sent 5,000 yuan of cooperative funds, so that each household can obtain an annual cooperative income of more than 300 yuan. 21 elderly people over the age of 70 will be given a cooperative fund of 5,000 yuan per capita, so that each person can receive an annual cooperation income of more than 300 yuan.
