The second season of "Demon Hunter" will go live on December 17 this year, but until then, Netflix will launch Demon Hunter: Wolf's Nightmare on August 23. It is an animated film that focuses on the story of Geralt's mentor and righteous father, Vesemil, and will be voiced by Theo James, who has starred in Divergent and Castlevania. Kim Podnia will play the role in the second season of Demon Hunter.

Although in Geralt's timeline, Visermir is a very experienced demon hunter with gray hair, in this animated film, he is still young and dashing, and earns a living by exorcising monsters. Yet he still has to face his past and fight a monster for a kingdom that is already mired in political strife.

With the first trailer for the animated film now released, let's take a closer look at what new adventures will emerge in the latest installment of the Demon Hunter series. The film was directed by Kwang Il Han from Mill Studios (who developed The Legend of Kola and Justice League Junior: The Outsider) and written by Bo Demeyo and Anjay Sapkovsky. Let's take a look at the various clues we found, the Easter eggs, and where they came from.

The Wolf School's demon hunters, including Geralt and Vesemil, spent one winter after another in Kyle Mohan's mountain fortress, training hard. But in the second season of Demon Hunter, what we see is a ruin, destroyed by thugs and a group of magicians who believe that demon hunters are monsters. While we can still see scenes of Kyle Mohan's past prosperity, the voiceover in the trailer hints at his future.

At the beginning of the trailer, Weathermir reads a message, after which he follows the instructions on that message. There is a diary in the "The Price of Neutrality" section of the game The Witcher that mentions that kyle Mohan was devastated by the publication of a large number of defamatory articles about the demon hunters, perhaps one of the messages that Wesermier read.

A close-up of Wiesermere shows his golden pupils, a special mark that demon hunters get after passing the "Grass Trial", a trial that is extremely dangerous and painful, leaving many participants with no return in the process of testing the alchemist's alchemy and medical skills. Demon hunters who succeed in passing the trial can gain sensory enhancement, have clear vision at night, and age much more slowly than the average person. These differences from ordinary people are one of the main reasons why many humans are afraid of demon hunters.

Demon hunters will grease the blades of their swords to make them more powerful, and often they will use special oils for certain monsters, making it easier to defeat them. The film may depict a demon hunter instructing the young Visemire to defend against a battle.

Several new characters appeared in Demon Hunter: Wolf's Nightmare, including Deglan (voiced by Graham McTeviesh, who starred in The Hobbit and Castlevania). He was Vermeer's mentor and claimed to have an oath with Visemir about the "Law of Accidents". Deglan is using the Alpha Seal to attack a woman. The woman was most likely a vampire banshee who was very powerful and disguised as a black-haired human. In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, "Blood and Wine", the Alpha Seal is the strongest way to destroy the Vampire Banshee.

Obviously, the indispensable part of the plot of "Demon Hunter" is the scene of the protagonist taking a luxurious bath, which can be regarded as the official practice.

The bag appears to be filled with blood-stained Demon Hunter badges and necklaces worn by all Demon Hunters that alert you when there are monsters or magic nearby. In this way, in addition to publishing articles to affect the reputation of demon hunters, there is also a group of people who are trying their best to hunt down and kill demon hunters.

With a triumphant warrant, Wesermere was holding a bounty for a black-haired witch, while some people around him were throwing money at him, enthusiastically supporting his actions. The wanted witch may have been a vampire banshee or warlock who clashed with the locals. Anyway, "fear and ignorance are good things," Wessemere said, blinking.

Tetra (voiced by Laura Povo, who starred in Sherlock, is another new character in the animated film who appears to be an experienced archer and is battling Visermere. But she may also be the "witch" that Wesermier wanted to pursue in the first place.

Geralt usually couldn't find a job to make a living, but Wisemir didn't seem to be bothered by that. In the past, the number of monsters and demon hunters was higher, although the number of monsters gradually decreased as humans occupied more plates in the continent. The place seemed to be under threat from werewolves, and Versermier was dealing with it.

Ghouls always roam in pairs, devouring all kinds of living people and livestock. Silver swords can kill them, but fire attacks are the best way to kill a large number of ghouls at once. Visemir looked confident and used flames and blades to kill the ghoul to pieces.

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="26" > xii, a large number of ghouls</h1>

We can see a large group of ghouls wandering around, which may have been the scene before Wesermere used the fire attack to destroy them.

Before entering the Grass Trial, demon hunters usually make and drink potions to strengthen their senses, resistance, and endurance. The bottle of medicine that Wesermier was drinking made his eyes dark and well-defined, as happened to Geralt in the Demon Hunter episode.

The creature in the picture above looks like a demon, but also a ghost, existing in the world with the resentment of life. Demons, like ghouls, are usually active in the cemetery, so it's also possible that this is part of the battle scene mentioned earlier.

The Wolf School logo appears in the trailer, which looks like a deformed wolf skull. Since the title of the film is Demon Hunter: Wolf's Nightmare, the badge may be some kind of foreshadowing of a devastating disaster to come.

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="34" > sixteen, vampire woman</h1>

Inferred plot details from the Demon Hunter: Wolf's Nightmare trailer I, Kyle Mohan II, Theo James' portrayal of Visamir and Demon Hunter Information III, Golden Pupil IV, Oiled Blade V, Aldfa Seal VI, Essential Bath Scene VII, Bloody Badge VIII, Wisemir and Wanted Nine, Wisemir and Tetra X, Wanted Eleven, Wisemir vs. Ghoul XI, Massive Ghoul XI, Potions XI, Goblin XV, Wolf Emblem XVI, Vampire Woman

The is a vampire woman, she is similar to the vampire banshee, both belong to the vampire, but not as strong as the vampire banshee. The vampire woman is battling a reptilian monster of the Dragon Clan, which also has a pair of bat wings that can be used for defense. Tetra asks Wiesemir if the two monsters are his friends, and Withermeer replies easily that "the vampire girl is a friend of a friend", which may imply that the two monsters are pursuing Deglan, Visemir's mentor, or that they are both vampire banshee retinues that Wesermier is hunting down.

In either case, when they met Visemir, the two monsters would most likely not have a good ending.
