How can such a touching story be better presented through their own performances and singing? This is a question that Wang Lida needs to think about. "After getting familiar with the script, I read it through every day, and during the reading, I will take notes and mark which places will be better to deal with." Soon after, Wang Lida and other actors came to Jinan to begin a 45-day rehearsal.
"The feeling of rehearsal and reading the script at home is completely different, and in the process of communicating with director Huang Dingshan, I walked into the role step by step and felt the heroic, selfless dedication, and spirit of the characters. This is the 6th time that Wang Lida has starred in opera, which is known as "the jewel in the crown of musical art", which has higher requirements for singers and needs to be performed and sung.
