When I saw that the results of the assessment were outstanding again and again, and when I saw that the salaries and personnel adjustments of cadres and policemen were carried out in an orderly manner, my heart was full and happy. With the help of colleagues and their own efforts, all kinds of work began to become handy, and further improved the comprehensive quality, and won the honorary titles of outstanding league workers, outstanding young volunteers, and outstanding civil servants at the municipal and district levels for many times, and won the municipal and district level publicity manuscripts and party building research awards.

In 2015, I adjusted from the general department to the business department, which is the poetry and distance of the legal person. During my work in the investigation and supervision department, I handled a series of major cases that seriously affected the people's sense of security, such as the intentional homicide case of Tao X, the knife-wielding robbery case of Wang X and Li X, and the big case of Chu X illegally possessing more than 190 grams of drugs. In January 2016, our hospital accepted the first case of gang telecommunications fraud involving more than 30 criminal suspects and millions of yuan. On the pretext of helping calligraphers and painters promote and sell calligraphy and painting works, criminal suspects Wang Moujia, Wang Mouyi, and others have successively set up a number of cultural media companies in Beijing and other places, recruited fellow villagers, relatives, and friends as members of the fraud gang, and devised a set of formed fraud methods. My colleagues and I faced dozens of thousands of pages of dossier materials, produced more than 100 pages of "Opinions on Review and Arrest" within 7 days, and through examination and analysis of evidence, made a decision to approve the arrest of more than 30 people, including Wang Moujia.
During the work of the investigation and supervision department, I also undertook the work of comprehensive management of social security, and during the work period, I was twice awarded the advanced individual of the municipal and district safety construction, and our hospital was also rated as an advanced unit of safety construction many times. On September 10, 2016, our hospital accepted a case of suspected intentional injury to Guan, which was caused by the taxi driver and the "black car" driver due to the scramble for passengers, and after our hospital made a decision not to approve the arrest of Guan in accordance with the law, it was found that this case was not an isolated phenomenon, and in the vicinity of Shanhaiguan Railway Station, the People's Hospital and major scenic spots, there were still some "black taxis" without operating procedures, worrisome vehicle conditions, forced solicitation, and sky-high prices, which seriously affected the good image of the district as a tourist city. The "Procuratorial Recommendation" was issued to the Shanhaiguan District Transportation Bureau, which has management responsibilities, requesting the bureau to intensify the crackdown on "black leasing" and adopt a variety of methods to effectively regulate the operation order of the passenger transport market in view of the characteristics of "black leasing" with strong liquidity and decentralized operation. After receiving the suggestion, the Shanhaiguan District Transportation Bureau said that the bureau would continue to increase the crackdown on illegal operations based on the functions of transportation work and severely crack down on the "black car" disease. As a taxi driver, criminal suspect Guan Mou presented our hospital with a pennant of "justice for the people, stability and tranquility maintenance" and a letter of thanks, expressing his affirmation and gratitude for our hospital's active participation in the comprehensive management of social security.

In 2019, with the reform process of integrating arrest and prosecution, I changed from a procurator assistant to a post procurator, and in 2020, I participated in the 11th Hebei Provincial Prosecutor Competition, won the Nomination Award for Top Ten Prosecutors in Hebei Province and the Outstanding Prosecutor in Hebei Province, and was commended by the Qinhuangdao Municipal People's Procuratorate and the Shanhaiguan District Committee. It was also this year that I began to study public interest litigation procuratorial business, handled the first criminal incidental civil public interest litigation case in the whole region, defendant Jiang X and four other people repeatedly set up nets to hunt the protected animal starlings in the "National Protection beneficial or important economic and scientific research value of the list value of terrestrial wild animals", destroying wildlife resources and harming the social public interest, our hospital filed a criminal incidental civil public interest lawsuit with the Shanhaiguan District People's Court on December 9, 2020, demanding compensation for civil losses. In the media at or above the provincial level, the media publicly apologized and assumed the civil liability of expert consulting fees, and the Shanhaiguan District People's Court supported all the court's litigation claims after a hearing, and the case was rated as one of the top ten typical cases of the "three effects unification" of the Qinhuangdao Municipal Court System in 2020. In the same year, the series of public interest litigation cases on the protection of the Great Wall handled by the procuratorial case handling team to which I worked were rated as typical cases by the Qinhuangdao Municipal People's Procuratorate.

From 2019 to 2021, I have sponsored and participated in all 3 cases related to criminal syndicates accepted by this court, and in the process of handling the case, I and the members of the case-handling team have always adhered to the principle of "not letting go of the criminal syndicates and evil forces, not the principle of not making up the number of criminal syndicates and evil forces", strictly controlling the facts, evidence, and application of the law, insisting on the intensity of the crackdown, the efficiency of case handling, and the quality of the cases, and striving to handle each case involving criminal syndicates and evil forces in a solid and efficient manner. With more than 500 volumes of volume total materials and countless nights of working overtime, what I gained was not only a guilty verdict, but also a higher and higher rate of admitting guilt and accepting punishment, but also the accumulation of experience in handling cases, the implementation of the policy of attaching equal importance to procedures and entities, less arrest and caution, and a substantial improvement in case-handling ability.
In the past 10 years since the procuratorate, I have always kept in mind the mission of the procuratorate for the public and law enforcement for the people, and practiced "let the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case" with practical actions. In May 2021, I was rated as one of the top ten political and legal cadres and policemen by the Shanhaiguan District Education and Rectification Leading Group, and in November, I was awarded the honorary title of "Jiqing Star" in the new era by the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League.
