In order to strengthen the five management, implement the "double reduction" policy, adhere to the "five education at the same time", deeply understand the development concept of "science and technology innovation high-tech and smart education" in the high-tech zone, and further improve the quality of teaching and research in the school, on the afternoon of February 22, 2022, the first middle school of Baishiyi in Chongqing Science City held a working meeting of the teaching and research team leader and the lesson preparation team leader.
The meeting was organized by the teaching department of the school, and Vice President Zhang Xianwan and Director Liu Rong of the Teaching Department attended the meeting and made speeches. At the work meeting, the leaders of the whole school preparation team and the teaching and research team members seriously participated and actively spoke, showing the strong teaching and research atmosphere of Bai Yizhong.

Director Liu Rong made detailed work arrangements for the work of the teaching and research group and the lesson preparation group this semester. He said that around the "5 + N" smart teaching and research activities, this issue will increase the intensity of teacher training and learning, strengthen the construction of lesson preparation groups and disciplines, promote the construction of smart classrooms, promote the improvement of students' ability, deepen subject research, and carry out teacher continuing education activities. Representatives of outstanding teaching and research team leaders exchanged experiences
The leaders of the outstanding teaching and research team exchanged experiences on behalf of Teacher Chen Longyi, Teacher Gu Jiaqin and Teacher Li Jing. Starting from the mutual learning and dedication of the teachers in the teaching and research group, Teacher Chen Longyi shared the teaching experience of the junior English group from the aspects of paying close attention to teaching quality, innovating English teaching, promoting the "Qinglan Project", carrying out extracurricular activities, and reflecting on exploration.
Teacher Gu Jiaqin shared with everyone the actual work of the teaching and research group. Based on the characteristics of the discipline and the students' learning conditions, she specifically shared the teaching strategies of the biology group, and from the perspective of improving the quality and learning ability of students, she suggested that a strong learning atmosphere should be created for students.
As the leader of the Ethics and Rule of Law Group of the Third Grade, Ms. Li Jing shared the development of teaching and research work in the group, the methods to improve the quality of teaching, and the homework arrangement under the "five management" and "double reduction". Teacher Li believes that the unity and cooperation of the teachers in the group will surely make the "teaching" and "research" of the teaching and research group go to a higher level.

Vice President Zhang Xianwan of the school put forward further clear requirements for the teaching and research work of the school. President Zhang proposed that the work of the teaching and research group and the lesson preparation group in this period should strictly implement the teaching and research routines and the education and scientific research routines, carry out a variety of teaching and research forms around improving quality, and unite as one, forge ahead, and complete the key work. Among them, President Zhang stressed that all teaching and research groups should attach importance to the homework design under the background of "five management" and "double reduction", require that the homework list and the problem list be submitted on time every month, and constantly innovate in reflection to improve the scientificity, efficiency and interest of homework design. At the same time, this semester, our school will encourage the declaration and research of small topics and promote the conclusion of municipal topics, focus on collective lesson preparation, improve efficient classrooms, and strengthen the joint study of daily open classes by teaching and research team members. President Zhang believes that as long as the teaching and research groups adhere to the working attitude of mutual learning, support, tolerance and reminder, the quality of education and teaching in our school will usher in a new situation.
