The two sides should have the same goal, work together, learn from each other's strong points, and produce "visible" effects in project introduction, industrial agglomeration, energy level upgrading, and major project attraction, so as to promote high-quality economic development. Make every effort to build a "people's city" and accelerate it to become an important functional area for Shanghai to undertake the main position of science and technology innovation center.

At the meeting, the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Shanghai Baoshan District Science and Technology Innovation Commission (Investment Promotion Office) and Shanghai Baodi Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd." was signed.
Based on the cooperation principle of "sharing resources, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win situation, and seeking common development", the two sides have established a comprehensive strategic partnership of long-term stability, win-win for government and enterprises, all-round, multi-level and close-knit. According to the agreement, Baoshan District will give policy support to Baodi assets, including construction planning and design, industrial development policies, brand park building, etc., and fully promote the smooth implementation of Baodi assets and the projects introduced by Baodi assets in Baoshan District.
