The third group went to heishui town Dahan to Shuangquan shuangshi section road reconstruction project, Youyang ecological tea construction project (initial processing plant construction), Muye Township black tea industry demonstration base, re-picking abandoned pipe oil tea demonstration point, respect for the elderly, Banxi town Banxi steel structure plant construction project and park hydropower and other elements of the supporting project, integrated logistics market (phase I), east coastal industrial transfer to undertake base construction project (phase I), Youzhou Oil Tea Technology Co., Ltd. oil tea processing plant and other sites, focusing on townships, The company's people's livelihood work and project planning, promotion, and operation are on-site training, comparison, observation and learning.

At 8:30 a.m., the members of the second group of pulling exercises gathered at the county comprehensive office building courtyard dam and began to train together.
After more than an hour of driving, everyone came to the first point of Lalian - Youyang S305 South Waist Boundary Revolutionary Base Area Red Tourist Highway Reconstruction Project. It can be seen at the scene that the main project of the Cold Spring Creek Bridge has been completed, and the subgrade project has been basically completed. According to the person in charge of the site, the project has completed 70% of the investment in construction and security, and it is expected to be completed and put into use before June 30 this year.
Subsequently, the group went to the Dam Ancestral Hall, the former site of the meeting of activists held by He Long, the Red Army Hospital, the former site of the Political Department of the Red Army, and other protection and repair points to learn about the protection and repair of these historical relics. "These are all precious historical relics of your yang, and they should be repaired and protected a long time ago." When I learned that the project construction team at the four points had done the preliminary work such as on-site review, drawing triage, and scaffolding construction, everyone had a feeling.
In front of the tomb of the Red Army martyrs, with respect for the martyrs, the group bowed deeply to the martyrs who were buried here, thanked them for their great contributions to China's development, and revisited the oath of joining the party in front of the monument.
Along the Guanba Village Highway, navel orange forests are staggered and orderly, and farmers are busy pruning and protecting. In recent years, the village has set up a professional cooperative, developed 1500 acres of navel oranges, 600 acres of ecological fish, and opened up a new doorway for the masses to get rich. Entering Guanba Village, the village's human settlement environment improvement project is in full swing, the villagers co-managed and co-built, took the initiative to create more than 30 "four small gardens" (small gardens, small orchards, small vegetable gardens, small parks), and the beautiful and clean village appearance left a deep impression on everyone.
As the top priority of Youyang's current development, the Taohuayuan urban renewal project is also a topic of concern for everyone. After listening to the planning of the new city and learning that 225 houses have been vacated and 211 houses have been demolished in the first phase; 72 acres of land have been expropriated, more than 11 million yuan of social security has been purchased, and 657 people have been resettled; and the cumulative payment of expropriation funds of 285 million yuan has been paid, everyone expressed their feelings about the Taohuayuan urban renewal project in three words - fast (fast action), high (high positioning), and beauty (future beauty).
Subsequently, everyone visited Youzhou Senior High School, Xincheng Hospital, Phoenix Mountain Funeral Home, the relocation of the county traditional Chinese medicine hospital, the county people's armed forces department to win the reconstruction project, the county people's hospital outpatient emergency complex and other projects.
Like the second group, at each place, the members of the other three groups listened carefully to the relevant situation reports of the on-site reporters in various places, carefully inspected the new changes, new results, and new achievements made by various villages in rural revitalization, people's livelihood project construction, human settlement environment improvement, and characteristic industrial development, pointed out the problems found at the scene in a timely manner, and affirmed and encouraged the highlights and characteristic results achieved.
