Wujiagang District's first school-enterprise cooperation talent innovation college was listed!
On the afternoon of February 25, Anqi College of Hubei Three Gorges Vocational and Technical College was officially listed, and Wang Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Three Gorges Vocational College, and Xiong Tao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hubei Angel Biological Group Co., Ltd., jointly inaugurated Anqi College, and the two sides signed a cooperation agreement on the spot.
Angel College is the first school-enterprise cooperative talent innovation college in Wujiagang District, and it is also the innovative practice of enterprises in the jurisdiction in talent training. In the future, the two sides will carry out all-round strategic cooperation in the training of skilled personnel, on-the-job staff training, scientific subject research, industrial development planning, and technological capacity renewal, further promote the construction of "famous schools + famous enterprises", and create a new model of industry-education integration.
Wujiagang District Talent Service Center and Science and Technology Economic and Information Bureau rely on the "I do practical things for enterprises" activity to actively serve enterprises in the jurisdiction and local leading enterprises, jointly explore new models of school-enterprise cooperation, and create a technical talent training model for industrial colleges with in-depth cooperation and win-win construction.
Angel College is the first industrial college jointly established by Angel Group with universities in Hubei Province. Anqi College of the Three Gorges Vocational College will form a cooperation model of "double integration of courses, double scenes of teaching, corporate culture into the classroom, and part-time teachers into the classroom" in the form of order training, through targeted enrollment, joint training, top-post internship, and encouragement of employment. According to the company's needs, Angel College will open professional courses in food, machinery and chemical industry. The company will send personnel with rich practical experience to participate in the formulation of curriculum plans, on-site teaching, and at the same time, teach Angel's corporate culture in stages, cultivate students' sense of identification with the company, and cultivate technical skills talents for Angel Group.
In the first phase of 2022, Angel College will recruit 100 students majoring in food inspection and testing and electrification for the whole country.
