This case is located in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing City, standing on the bank of the Yangtze River, monopolizing the landscape and water, and has outstanding location advantages. The design emphasizes the communion and symbiosis of people and landscape, architecture and interior, and is intended to create a new landmark of urban phenomenon and create an urban life with the most natural beauty.

The design team embeds the Fibonacci spiral into the space, derived from the magnolia flower, using the rotation of light and shadow and angle, leaving a streamlined curved language in the space, and is committed to creating the most landmark building in the city through the spatial form of the new trend. Truly combining bold avant-garde and elegant charm, so as to convey the most intuitive perception of beauty.

The curve of the magnolia petals echoes each other between the landscape, architecture and interior, and the interweaving of lines and threads is clustered with proud purity, blooming with the most beautiful posture, rigid and soft.

Exquisite luxury

The warm and elegant earth color sets the tone of the low-key and calm space, the gold is integrated into the mirror element to make it more exquisite and luxurious, and the mirror ceiling extends the visual feeling, combined with the combination of arc sequences, bringing a strong sense of order and ritual. The crystal lamp derived from jewelry becomes the focus of vision, and the brilliant and confident energy of jewelry spreads from space.

As the spiral staircase of the "central spine" of the architectural space, the artistic staircase changes people's perception and understanding of the space with its changeable materials and bold shapes. The multi-curve comes with an elegant, rotating geometric aesthetic. With the magician-like lighting, a few strokes outline the movement and stillness of the space.

The floor-to-ceiling sculpture of the art staircase adopts the external architectural form of the magnolia flower, the unique artistic texture presents the beauty of nature, abandons the complexity, restores the comfort and purity, simple lines, is endowed with solid power, quietly bursts out of the charm of artistic beauty, and carries the warmth and quality of life everywhere, the quality of experience, and gradually restores the connotation of quality life.

The interface of the negotiation area is pure and concise, and the design deliberately adopts a curved shape on the ceiling and background wall to reduce the height of the line of sight, focusing on the "low" place where the details are closer to people, forming a stronger sense of encirclement and privacy, and at the same time creating a frame effect with an oriental artistic conception in the visual experience.

Elegant color matching of the water bar area, among which is the marble water bar, the wide countertop extends out, like a calm water, let people jump out of the hustle and bustle, and the hard texture of the stone is gradually softened.

The curved glass sculpture-sensitive screen not only realizes the mutual conversion between the moving lines, but also can well distinguish the functional attributes of the space, and the transparent and impermeable glass material gently incorporates natural light to create a quiet and quiet negotiation environment for visitors.
