As the first environmental protection action launched by Longguang Charity Foundation in 2022, the "Coastal Wetland Protection Activity" has received positive responses from many employee volunteers and their families.
Baguang is known as one of the most beautiful Hakka villages in Shenzhen. There was originally a large area of natural mangroves in Shenzhen, but the rafting of a large amount of marine garbage, moss, etc., made the mangroves along the coast suffer from garbage containment, and the outbreak of mangrove seedlings destroyed the mangrove seedlings, making the originally rare mangroves more dangerous.
In order to better protect this mangrove forest, volunteers have continued to pay attention to the protection of coastal wetlands in the Baguang area since 2012, carrying out replanting mangroves, preserving mangrove growth, popularizing science and conducting research and patrols.
This time, the volunteers of Longguang Group, under the joint organization of the Party Committee of Longguang Group and Longguang Charity Foundation, followed the Luyuan Environmental Protection Volunteer Association into this beach and used practical actions to clean up the "sea forest".

Subsequently, under the guidance of the Volunteer Association, everyone was divided into four groups to clean the beach and clean up the sea drifting garbage. Under the leadership of the group leader, everyone walked into the mudflats and made a small contribution to the living environment of the mangrove forest in a limited time. After the completion of the beach clearance, under the guidance of the mentors, the volunteers sorted, weighed and recorded the garbage they collected as a regional environmental survey of the event and archived it.
