After receiving the police, the Liqi Police Station of the Hongta Branch of the Yuxi City Public Security Bureau rushed to the scene of the crime at the first time. According to the information provided by the police, the police quickly locked the illegal suspect Li. After investigation, at about 18:00 on the same day, when Li went to the rental house he had rented to look for the items left behind before, he accidentally found that someone in a bathroom on the rented floor was taking a bath. Li Suddenly got a color heart, found a ladder to put outside the bathroom, put the mobile phone on the bathroom window sill, and peeked at the woman who was taking a bath. In the meantime, Li recorded a video of about 10 seconds with his mobile phone, and left in a hurry after being discovered. After interrogation, Li confessed to the illegal act of secretly photographing the woman taking a bath. For the video that was secretly taken, the police ordered Li to delete all of them, and told him that it was strictly forbidden to back up and disperse the video. Li has now been administratively punished by the public security organs in accordance with law.
Case 2
On January 11, 2022, Zhu Mou, an employee of a construction company in Hongta District, reported to the police that when he went to the toilet in the company's public toilet, he found a man spying on himself and asked the police to go to the disposal.
After receiving the police, the police on duty at the Liqi police station quickly arrived. According to the information provided by the victim, the police retrieved the surveillance video of the public toilet and quickly locked the illegal suspect Luo Mou. After investigation, at about 10:00 a.m. on the same day, when Luo went to the toilet, he found a woman going to the toilet, temporarily started to make up his mind, observed that there was no one around, peeked at Zhu Who was going to the toilet from the gap under the toilet partition, and fled in a hurry after being found by the victim Zhu. After interrogation, Luo confessed to the illegal act of peeking at Zhu's toilet. Luo Mou has now been administratively punished by the public security organs according to law.

Voyeurism and sneak peeking may be punished by the administration of public security and bear civil liability according to the severity of the circumstances, and may even violate the criminal law, and must not violate the law because of a momentary fever.
