Grateful heart, grateful to have you

Q: Hello teacher! I always can't help but compare myself with the people around me, thinking that others are better than myself, more places than I travel, and do a better job than myself. How can you follow your heart and not compare yourself to others?

Answer: "Those who are often as good as me are ashamed and self-increasing; those who enjoy often look inferior to me are even more resentful." "Academics. Character should always be compared with those who surpass oneself, which naturally adds to the shame of life. Enjoyment should often be compared with those who are inferior to themselves, which will naturally reduce the heart of complaint and blame. Learn to "compare" correctly, and you can improve yourself everywhere in life; conversely, you will cause pain and negative emotions everywhere.

Grateful heart, grateful to have you

Ning Shubin teacher shared

Today I would like to share what gratitude is and how I use gratitude in my work.

In the past, every time we ate, especially after eating, there were generally three buckets on the first floor, sometimes more and sometimes less, and there were three buckets on the second floor, and every time I first went to feed the children, after feeding the children, I felt that my work was over, and I never considered that there were still three barrels that were not brushed. My aunt who was with ben silently brushed the bucket clean every time. When I saw her brushing the bucket, I felt grateful from the bottom of my heart, and I felt that the brushing bucket should be a matter for two people. In the case that I still had time to feed the children, I did not care whether the bucket was brushed or not, and Aunt Ben did not propose that this bucket was half brushed or whatever, and she silently did it, which made me feel ashamed. Later, I told her from the bottom of my heart: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to rest, next time I must rush to do it. After that, I will take the initiative to brush the bucket, and I am especially grateful to Aunt Ben, and I am very happy myself. When I have the chance, I will say to the other party: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to brush the bucket!

Grateful heart, grateful to have you

When I first went to work, I only knew how to cook the children in our house, and I never cared about the problem of brushing the bucket. It was the aunts who were in the same class as me who were silently taking responsibility and paying silently. I remember that at that time, I was the head of the book club, and during this morning time, I could read with peace of mind and drive with peace of mind. For an hour of reading, they silently helped and supported me behind the scenes. So I know how to be grateful, to be grateful, to repay kindness. Learning the culture of the sages in the book club is to apply what I have learned, not just to pay lip service, but to put it into action, I use gratitude in my work and life, and my heart is also very happy.

When I finished brushing the bucket and put it on the dining car, my heart was extremely joyful and my body was very relaxed; if I didn't brush it, I would be very entangled all day, and I always felt as if I owed someone something. So I will always remind myself that I can always have a heart that takes the initiative to take responsibility. In the process of taking responsibility, I must always find my own inner ups and downs, whether others do it or not, I think I should be grateful to the other party. Others have done it, I should be grateful, others do not do it, I should be more grateful, grateful for the opportunity given to me!
