Vietnam's semi-final opponent was East Timor, and the two sides fought fiercely for 120 minutes, exchanged white rolls, and finally entered the penalty shootout, and vietnam passed the barrier 5-3.
In another semi-final, Thailand beat Laos 2-0 and easily passed the barrier.
On the 26th of this month, Vietnam will decide the final champion with Thailand.
Laos and Timor-Leste will compete for three or four places.
In the previous group stage, Vietnam had beaten Thailand 1-0.
